Dad's Christmas sorted
I buy my dad a pair of socks every Christmas from here (some how he is the destroyer of socks). They're fab quality and my dad loves the novelty of the designs. Website is super easy to navigate and so is the checkout. They're a touch expensive but honestly worth the price.
3 years in and still no holes in any of the socks, so 5 stars from me.

Great socks, no customer support
The socks are, as always, fantastic; great quality, great fun.
However, customer is non-existent; with my last order I suddenly needed to pay import fees (substantial sum on already expensive socks), although the website clearly states that "We ship orders to customers based in the EU with customs fees paid for and included, so long as the order value is under €150". Clearly something had gone wrong, but no matter how many (kind, mind you) emails I send, I never get a response. Looking at other reviews I'm not the only one. Such a shame.
