Really hard to contact, no receipt of purchase and the hand cream was missing from the box. The concept is lovely but would never order from here again due to the lack of contact, missing items, and no receipt made me anxious

My order didn’t arrive on time. In fact, it was almost 2 hours late. I tried calling the store about 10-15 times over a two day period, and didn’t get an answer. Not one time. I emailed twice and received no response. I want my money back. The service I paid for said that my order would arrive within a particular time frame - and it just didn’t. It messed up my entire plan for my girlfriend’s birthday. The poor service and lack of communication is unacceptable. I want my money back.

I bought some flowers as a gift but couldn't figure out how to add a greeting card. I wrote an email after the purchase asking if they could do me a favour and add one to my order. They did! Free of charge 🙏❤️

Efficient and reliable, same day delivery and high quality products.

Ordered early so my friend could receive flowers during the day. Unfortunately they were not delivered until approximately 2055hrs and they were not left at the correct location, despite very specific instructions being provided on the order as to where to safely leave them. The flowers were very lovely but the courier service was appalling. Perhaps a different courier service being employed could improve the situation.

Disappointed with flowers for price point. Ordered twice for special people -160 each order. Won't go for third time.

first delivery was lost - no idea where it ended up. second delivery was eventually delivered to correct address. From the day I placed original order to the day it reached the correct destination was very close to 2 weeks. Not Good.

Perfect. Great prices, and beautiful flowers.

Half the order didn't get delivered.
Had to spoil the surprise by asking my mum if it had arrived as at that point it still hadn't arrived by 6pm....then around 9pm only the flowers got delivered and not the gift box So my elderly mother had to wait up until around 10pm to wait for the rest to be delivered. AND I had to chase up the order around 6pm prior to all this.

This company provided great service, responded to my email during non business hours as I was so worried my mother wouldn't receive her gift in time. My mum was delighted with her plant and her happiness means everything to me. The tracking information was superb and reassuring, you could see when your delivery was going to be made. I recommend shopping with The Little Market.

Sent beautiful Mother’s Day flowers to my mum. They sent the wrong size but rectified it the following day. Easy website to navigate. Very happy 😊
