I placed an order on the 6th December 2024 but never received the item. When I phoned to chase it, I was told that the courier had tried to deliver it on a certain day. We were at home all of that day. No card or email was left to say they had tried to deliver it. I was told it had been sent back to The Little Green Bag Company and would receive a refund, this was before Christmas. After chasing them for the refund, I finally received it on the 9th January 2025. The lady I spoke to in the phone was pleasant but I suggest they change their courier.

I have not received money back for some shoes i have returned, neither have I reveived any confirmation on my return. It is now 21 days ago sinde I returned th package.
I have tried to Call and write, but they dont return with an ansver😡

Where is my order and why are all my e-mails blocked on the danish website?????

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered an item from this company from a. co.uk page to then find out that the item was not located in the UK. I have waited over a week... no update on the order and more importantly no response through their customer service department via WhatsApp, email and twitter. Giving up hope of ever seeing the item or my money. Really unprofessional

FAO Sam fluctuations in exchange rates do not explain the difference between what has been paid and what has been refunded... £10.50 still was paid in postage for return of item which you previously said you will reimbursement in full and yet you refunded just £4 13 which is 60% less what I am due. The watch cost £57.98 and you have refunded £50 some £7.98 less than the cost. I hope this is our last communication and I request £14.35 to be refunded now with immediate effect. This has been a complete farse. Mary

I did not buy anything here, but on the front page they claim to have 4,8 Trustpilot score which is not true, so I would guess this is a scam. (Another indicator are the arbitrary prices in Danish Kroner)

Jeg bestilte en taske den 10.10.20 og 13 dage senere er den er stadig ikke afsendt, de svarer ikke på danske mails, kun engelske og jeg har stadig ingen afklaring fået. Har skrevet flere gange at jeg forlanger mine penge retur uden held.

Im very unhappy with their service, They only respons to e-mails in English even though they have a Danish website! i ordered a bag- for 13 days still not shipped- i have demanded a refund with no luck. Im a very unhappy customer- ordered it for my nieces birthday and its just appalling service! I want my Money back!
