This company really is a waste of space....... If it were possible I would give them minus 5 stars! They are borderline scammers! Avoid at all costs!!!!

If I could give negative stars
If I could give negative stars, I would. I placed an order two weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Tracking impossible and no updates. Rude customer service “Lily L” hung up the phone when I asked for an updated tracking number.

This is online store with no exchange or return policy!! if you get if wrong , no help , credit , exchange or refund... even on full price items... best to avoid and use a NZ company that will help you.. avoid avoid avoid

deceptive
deceptive! not a new zealand company, the warranty on product I purchased (ceiling fan) martec does not apply to New Zealand. Also for returns you pay to have them shipped back to Australia. Terrible experience all round, just don't think you will have the service or warranty you would expect buying locally. I genuinely thought is was a NZ company. They do a good job at pretending they are.

Bad Stock, Bad Communications.
Despite its name, all of their products need to be shipped from Australia - adding lead time.
They never have accurate stock information on hand.
You can purchase a light online and they wont tell you until two weeks later that it is out of stock.
Very difficult to get you money back or exchange any product.
This is NOT an NZ company.
