POS company and my experience returning…

POS company and my experience returning was terrible. Days of writing to them, 2 day response. Numerous times filling out the return, still no return label. The sweatshirt came in stained, and my wife said it looked too gay for men

I found the brand while reviewing posts…

I found the brand while reviewing posts on Tik Tok. I used their size guide to order a nice pair of shorts. When the shorts arrived, I discovered that they were too small. (For me like 1960’s hot pants..ie..booty shorts!). No problem I thought. Contacted their customer service team to request an exchange for a larger size. Was told flat out: NOPE! You bought discounted item during a 50% off sales event. All sales are final. So go eat ¥£€_. I was stunned that that was their response. Not..”we’ll take the merchandise back as long as you agree to buy something else in exchange,” etc. The customer service rep’s attitude appeared to be “whatever dude? Sucks to be you!” All good. How can a company that only sells merchandise online act like this. Bodies aren’t all the same. They should honor exchanges just based upon their sales method. YOURE SELLING &$-: ONLINE. How can the fit be expected to be 100% perfect for every customer???? I will never buy a single item from them again a.

negative reviews are BS

I don’t know what everyone is crying about. Customer service was great with my few returns and the quality is awesome. I have shorts that are four years old at this point that I still wear that are basically still in the same shape from when I got them day one. Stop crying folks. Great brand and great customer service.

The worst website that I ever try to…

The worst website that I ever try to make a return, they do not want you to return it. You want to exchange only and customer service is gonna take about two days for them to respond to you. I do not recommend this website.

the quality is the best

the quality is the best, love it, I do yoga and go to the gym, this are the best.
Some of them ( not the shiny one) I even use them for work.
My daughter is 17, she try them once and since then I have to buy for her as well.

Subpar quality and terrible customer…

Subpar quality and terrible customer service. Ordered both 7 and 5 inch inseam shorts and they didn't fit well at all. I missed the return date window because of this thing called life and college and they now won't accept any type of exchange or return. I was just trying to support a small brand instead of buying my normal Lululemon shorts but after this I will buy nothing but Lululemon. A waste of $120.

Their site has fake reviews

It was very clear after going through their site reviews -- that they are fake. Be very careful when buying from such a place-- do not trust those self made reviews

No Legends Here

If you get excited by the hype and social media buzz surrounding this athletic apparel brand, think before you buy (that is if there is any products in stock)! The brand's sales support, customer service and return / exchange policies are terrible. The worst I've ever dealt with. I purchased a hoodie after Christmas 2019, when it came it was beautifully made, but too small for my average frame. No problem, went to the web site, looked up the return / exchange policy and decided to send the product back for an exchange. That's where the heartache started. it took over two weeks, and multiple ignored and un-returned emails before my frustration lead me to text the number posted on the web site. Turns out that is their pre sales person who has no responsibility for customer service. her final text to me read in part: "As we keep the two modes of communication separate, I won't be able to contact our team on your behalf" this was after recommending I email the same customer service people who had been ignoring me from the get go! Finally I got a return authorization, sent the product back...and commenced to wait an agonizingly long two more weeks for my exchange. No such luck. Again, repeated un-returned emails until I finall was told just yesterday that they no longer exchange items and ...oops, forgot to update the terms of service on the web site! How convenient. Issued me a store credit. Figured I use it only to find everything on the web site is basically sold out. The worst experience that I have ever had with an online retailer. Buyer beware.
