Too many follow-up pages on special offers, could have simply place them on a single page for customers to select among them altogether.

I bought this book with an employer provided wellness account, seemed appropriate. I do not check that account often so I was not aware that I was being charged monthly FOR MONTHS! I received no emails other than the ones I got regarding the ordering process. I NEVER even downloaded the app! Customer service basically said all we can do is cancel your account without refund. When I tried to reply, I was unable to because my account was cancelled. NEFARIOUS and UNETHICAL. I worked hard for the funds for 'wellness' and was taken advantage of instead. THIS IS NOT OK AND NOT A WAY TO ENCOURAGE CHANGE OR RUN A BUSINESS. I will report this company. ADDITIONALLY, they don't even charge your card under the company name, so it took me some time to even figure out who was repeatedly charging me.

I was very excited to buy this book, I thought with the 79.99 I was getting a great deal. Turns out they trick you into a subscription you were never aware and have charged me $39.99 for three months until my bank cancelled my card for a suspicious transaction. As per your reply @Lastingchange, if it was 'clearly stated' you wouldn't have 100s of women with the same problem. You tricked us into a membership WE DID NOT WANT.

Taking the quiz to really stream down to what areas I need to focus on is quite important for me.
