There has been several incidents where customers have felt unwelcome. Do not recommend

Called me to say that they received a cancellation and that as I was on the waiting list I can come in for an appointment.
Morning of the appointment I called to confirm. They confirmed. When I arrived they said I was mixed up with another person. I have a disabled child so very difficult to come out. I needed them for a special occcasion. They did apologise but showed little remorse or sympathy to my situation.

Awful quality for such as price for both Mascara and serum.They must be created positive feedbacks for themselves to get into the Top of the best Mascaras!! It took me ages to ask for refund and send pictures and they only refunded me 2/3 of the price even they admitted Mascara is not usable. After all didn't respond to emails..

I have been going to the Lashcode for over a year now. From the very start I was made to feel welcome and comfortable by all of the staff. Ella is my usual lash lady and she always does an amazing job. Friendly professional and good at her job.
I have recommended the Lashcode to loads of my friends and family and everyone that has been had a great experience.
I recently had a rest from having lashes on and too my surprise I still had all of my own lashes due the care these ladies toke to put on and take off
I will continue to use this company as far the best place in my opinion

Had my lashes done since May at this place. On three occasions I have experienced disgusting and unprofessional behaviour from the lash technician Ella. Laughing behind my back when I have eyes closed, on another occasion they filmed me without my consent and shared on Instagram whilst she did my lashes she was laughing at me. I found it so unprofessional. Not coming back ever again.

Easy to book and a very professional approach from start to finish.

First time to The Lash Code and I can not find the words to say how amazing Davina and the ladies were. I never have been more pleased and happy about my eyelashes. Davina really done an outstanding job, a really wonderful, amazing lady. Certainly will recommend to any lady that wish to have their eyelashes done to go to The Lash Code in Walthamstow. Thank you ladies and thank you Davina. I will definitely come back again and again 😊.

I started my lash journey last year, at thelashcode, and these girls have left me addicted! Special praises to Davina, she is amazing, very thorough, brilliant customer skills and very attentive to what does her customer wants. They make you feel very comfortable and always available to help. Additionally, the shop is to die for, beautiful decor! 100% would always recommend.

Had classic lashes done and I LOVE them! The girls were so friendly had lots of experience. Would definitely recommend
