What a find The Lakes was for my elderly mum when she visited recently. She had been troubled with foot pain for a long time and just wanted answers. My goodness what a gem she found in Jo, gave us the answers we were looking for. Thorough examination and explanation with such kindness, a true credit to her profession.
Can’t recommend enough, you won’t be disappointed
After years of my husband being in pain with his pelvis, legs and feet and trying various insoles from various chiropractors etc he finally saw Jo.
Jo examined and analysed his feet and gait. He then had insoles made to correct the issues jo had found. Since having the insoles my husband has been pain free for the first time in years.
Jo is excellent at what she does and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Jo.

Jo was brilliant with my little boy Harry, so much patience and understanding.
We received an excellent and very quick service. Jo was very knowledgeable and explained her findings to us in a way we could fully understand. She offered advice and suggestions and left all decisions to us. The product we received has helped our son tremendously and within a week he began walking independently- a sight we were told by many professionals we may never see. We had struggled for many months trying to find someone to treat and assess our son, as he’s still younger than 18 months, but The Lakes Orthotics was able to offer this service and we’re so thankful that we found you.
