This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM, entering thelacybra.com now goes to a new scamming website. They had zero customer service, an old phone number doesn't even list the bra product, there was no response to customer support emails, they even sent bras on a cancelled order and charged me.

No delivery, lack of communication.

Currently not impressed with the service. I placed the order online, paid and, the money has been taken from my account. I have chased delivery of the order a couple of time just to receive 1email to say there is a delay. Quick enough to take payment but delivery a different thing. For a company that advertises next day delivery and still waiting some two weeks later !!

I did not buy - Wrong size - Just a Rip off

Don't buy or even click on their site! I was considering buying... gave my size & CC# but did not BUY. The program took me to a end that i could not get out of. The next day I went to my bank & reported this, no transaction had happened... Yet. They had no functioning email, no contact Co info A month later they billed my CC & later sent me a Way too small bra.... sent a B cup, I ordered a D. I could not resolve the problem because they are a foreign company.

Gives my breast an unnatural appearance

I received my bra today It looks pretty.
Fit is a joke The cups are pointed towards the outer side of my body and looks unnatural. The closure hooks are weak and straighten with slight pressure. Use care.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RIP OFFS. My husband bought me a bra in Sept 2020. It did not fit and I returned it per their instructions. After verifying it was received and waiting 30 days for a refund with no response. I contacted my bank and was given a return charge on my card. Now almost THREE years later, I am being sent to collections if I don't pay for this product. Well of course I no longer have the return tracking number or any other documentation. And now my bank says they have no record of a refund.
After talking to the people who sent me the notice, they immediately started collection proceedings. As I responded and they still want their money. Even tho I returned it.

I sent the requested info to Paula and it came back not deliverable. Looks to me like she gave a fake email address to reply to in order to make it sound like she was helpful. Sounds pretty fishy to me.

I order my size but it was too small

I order my size but it was too small , so I ordered the next size in cup and chest . It took a long time to receive and when it went missing , I contacted the company and it was resent without any additional charge .
The larger size was comfortable fit although the fabric was scatchy, I have to wash it 2/3 times to get it softer. By boobs in this size feels separated but perhaps that is why it was more comfortable , it didn’t squeeze me . It certainly has enough coverage in the back to control back fat rolls, but it also has the arm lace cutting into my armhole . I wished there wasn’t any lace at the shoulders cause they don’t line up and I have to fuss to keep it lined up . Still , I think it’s appropriate for a full bodied woman . Not sure I would buy again , it’s just my body type . Thank you for sending again free of charge .

Sooo comfortable

No back fat bulges like I’ve had to deal with in the past. The fit just might be worth the wait time it took to get to my door (14 days felt like forever).

I LOVE my Lacy Bra

Best bra EVER!

Best bra EVER!! I weigh 235 lbs and have a very hard time getting a bra to fit and support me. This one does!! AND I am 74 and cannot reach around my back to fasten a bra. This is has front hooks-perfect!

Ripoff-poor service

I ordered two bras I was a C40. Once I paid for the product there was no tracking number, phone number for customer service,and no email. I contacted my bank for to put in a claim w my bank 30 days after receiving no product. I received funds back from my bank while the issue was under investigation. A wk n a half after putting in a claim w my bank; lacybra sends me the product rushed w a size a never ordered which was a C90. I returned the product back as a return to sender because once again no phone number etc; only emails to buy more products. A wk after that my claim gets cancelled by my bank per the credit card logo in favor w the lacybra because they showed document that I did receive the product (only over a month and they sent the wrong size as a rush delivery knowing I had a claim in toward them): but I never did. Therefore I was out of 129.90 for two bras. My bank tells me once the claim was cancelled I have to contact lacybra: my bank gave me their email and so I emailed them twice and I received notifications that my email never got sent to them. Don't waste your time n money w them. They are a rip off just like reviews said they were and I didn't find that out until after I placed an order.

P.S: I replied to Paula's request below 👇 June 25 and she never responded. I asked for my money back from this whole ordeal and she never replied. The only time this company responds if you try to get your money back from your bank or if you expose the grime on reviews. My star is not even one it's just the lowest I can go and so zero stars from me. Why ask me to email and you ignore me when I request my money back and I never received what I initially ordered on April 15th 2023; you see how long I have to go through this y'all Beware y'all don't buy from these people. This is the first company I have ever used that stole my money (129.90 for two bras) and never gave me what I ordered initially and at all (no product is in my hands at all). It's not worth it y'all..they appear to be thieves all of a sudden.

Although I didn't get the very last bra…

Although I didn't get the very last bra request, I think it was because it was my 3rd email because I forgot to put adjustable strap in the email. I am apparently hard to fit. I am one of the woman who did not measure myself right.
Being a surprising 32 G, I got my first bra with the wrong size of 36 D which is not right.
So I emailed and contacted Marible. She was back in touch by email and was very nice. Telling me to remeasure. So I emailed and ordered a size 34DD, closest to what my size is but forgot adjustable strap. So I send another email which passed each other. I received the 34DD but it was too big in the shoulders straps. I figured if it had been in the second email.
They asked to return the other with the one I just got. I thought it would fit and had given the first bra to my daughter who was in great need. I didn't realize I would need to return it, because I thought the second one would fit. But since I screwed up on ths strap, it didn't fit. I am now with a bra I can't use. I figured I could just take it up since it's the strap that if the issue. The other option was to take a 20% off on another product. Because of my error I feel I should take the discount.
I really love the style of the bra and the look. I have told alot of people about how nice it is.
The only issue I had was not having the bigger size bra above a DD. Thank you.
I pray other women try to follow the measures direction, measures correctly. And be happy.

My first order was replaced immediately no. Questions asked the second one arrived perfectly but is too small too i hate ordering online. I love this bra it is so soft and sewn well I wish I could wear it now i know store sell extenders so will pick one up I suppose.
