Chris from the Kooples Dept in…

Chris from the Kooples Dept in Birmingham Selfridges gave excellent customer service when I recently visited the store as he does every time we go there. He’s very knowledgeable and is great about telling me if there are any offers on. Thanks again Chris.

Don’t waste your time

I wish I could give minus 5 stars. The Kooples is a complete disaster. I returned a jacket that was too small over three months ago and still haven’t received my refund. They’ve ignored every single email I’ve sent.
This is a massive red flag—once they have your money, good luck getting it back. Stay away.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service, they are laughing at people. A friend of mine gave me a Kooples shirt as a gift for my birthday, she paid in cash, did not hold the receipt, the shirt is way too big for me. Went to the store for an exchange, without receipt they can not even give a store credit. Called corporation, told me a manager will call me to try to help, 3 weeks passed, no call, i called again, a girl Naya answered, same rethoric of last time, i asked to talk to the manager, she was busy, but promised they will call me, 4 days passed, nothing, incredible year 2024 in US and you can not exchange a new shirt for a smaller size, not even store credit. Bad, bas, bad.

I purchased an Emily bag from the…

I purchased an Emily bag from the Selfridges store exactly a year ago. For the past few week I realised the leather was wearing off because of the straps metal clasp rubbing against it.
I returned to the store to see if there was anything that could be done, the shop assistant took pictures of the defect to send to quality control and she has just got back to me to say it has been put down to wear and tear. This bag was expensive and to me this seems like a case of poor design. I wish I had seen all of these reviews before I had made the purchase

I'm so furious

I'm so furious. Kooples are an absolute joke. I returned items a month again and still waiting for a refund. I just called the customer service (AGAIN) and was told I need to speak to a bot, and I can't speak to someone as people are on holiday, and that I can try again next week, but no indication when.

Don't order from them ever.

The return process is a nightmare

The return process is a nightmare ! I should have read the reviews before ordering. the DHL return code barre is not being accepted. I tried 3 shops and I have spent so much time on this.
They clearly know this, NEVER ordering from them again

Absolutely horrible experience trying…

Absolutely horrible experience trying to return an online order. Considering how expensive the products are, it's shocking how painful the return process is in a day when every other company on the planet makes it so easy. They send you an "Economy Select" return label, which no service point will accept as they only accept "Express". Then I went to the Battersea store to return it in person and was told only the Carnaby Street store does returns. Now I have to go all the way there! What a pain. Have we gone back in time?!!! What kind of service is this from a "premium" brand.

I ordered 2 pairs of ShapeDenimJeans,only received one. I am having a Hard Time trying to get the pair Missing,they charged my credit card. I want Either the product or a refund on my credit card. When I ordered these items i had no idea they were outside of the United States of America

Where is my refund

Where is my refund.
This is an awful service. The Kooples currently have £2000 of my money and all the items have been sent back. No one picks up the phone and no one answers the emails. I am disgusted at this company. What do I need to do??? Report them for sure and don’t use them.

I bought a dress from harrods that lady name angel served me she was soo mean at some point she made me very uncomfortable due to which i had to leave that place and there was no one else that i could go and ask to serve me!!!!

Great experience overall

Great experience overall. I ordered 4 coats of varying sizes, arrived within a week. None of them fitted, so returned with no problems and ordered 2 coats that did fit at great prices. Absolutely no problems.

I returned a coat in the Carnaby Street…

I returned a coat in the Carnaby Street store and two weeks later I am still chasing The Kooples for the refund. Please note that if you order from the online sale and don't pay for fast DHL delivery, you get the order 2-3 weeks later. Also half of my order wasn't delivered as the items were out of stock and I've only been made aware of that when I started chasing for my order. Anyway the customer service is appalling.

Where is my money?!

I have not received any information about my shipment. The order (12000506310) is still being processed as of 20 February!!! How long can I wait?! it is quite frustrating that there is no response from The Kooples side.

The Kooples email ads won't unsubscribe!

I bought an item online once and ever since then I get daily advertising emails for The Kooples. I've tried writing to them by mail, reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and the French equivalent. Still, I get daily emails from them. They won't stop! Avoid this company!!

Poor customer service and refusal to take accountability

I have been a long time Kooples customer but this was the first time I had bought from the online website. I had purchased a few items, in particular a fur coat as a gift for my mother to wear to an event. When we opened the item, we realised that the security tag was still attached. Not only could my mother not wear the jacket to the event, but we had to travel to the nearest store to get the tag removed, be questioned by security as to why we had a tagged jacket and now, the coat has a dent from the tag. When I emailed customer service, their only solution was to offer a 10% discount code on the condition that I purchase more items from their online store only, within the next 90 days. When I emailed again highlighting that not only am I uncomfortable purchasing online due to this situation, but also dissatisfied with making a forceful purchase after the Christmas period, I was told that this was the only thing they could offer due to "policy" and offered no alternative. Overall, poor customer service, the team has not looked after their customers and are not willing to own up to and rectify their mistakes.

Do not buy online unless you are 100%…

Do not buy online unless you are 100% sure, I bought two shirts for an xmas party and to return both has been a nightmare. They are based in France and I ordered the return though DHL (after many many steps on the website and then DHL, and no pick up, they have been good with me using another delivery service by email but then all the delivery notifications are in French and I have no idea if it's going to get back to them. Be warned.
