They accept money from Crypto without any Q and when you receive money via wire transfer to your account they need documents, explanations,etc .

JUSTICE

The Kingdom Bank wants you to believe they have a squeaky clean reputation. I know for a fact that's not true. They keep denying there was a connection between them and Expert-b.
Expert-b for me and many other investors were encouraged to set up an account with The Kingdom Bank. Expert-b has an account with the bank any deposit made into The Kingdom Bank could go directly into Expert-b's account.
Alex Taylor from Expert-b helped me set up my account and with the help of my personal account manager he helped me deposit the funds into my my account.
So how can they deny there wasn't a connection between one and another.
All I want, like many others is some justice, Expert-b will not give us any.

Following your review, we arranged a meeting with you to discuss the matter in detail. During that conversation, we carefully listened to your concerns and reviewed the sequence of events together. As explained during our meeting, The Kingdom Bank’s role in this case was limited to providing payment services and executing transactions that were authorised directly by you through your account.

We would also like to clarify that The Kingdom Bank has no partnership, or affiliation with the entity referred to as “Expert-b.” Unfortunately, fraudsters sometimes misuse the names of legitimate financial institutions to gain the trust of individuals. As discussed during our meeting, you also explained that the individuals involved requested payments to be made through several different channels, including UK debit cards and other payment methods, in addition to the transfers made through your account with us.

As a regulated financial institution, we can only process transactions that are authorised by the account holder. In this case, the payments executed through your account were carried out based on your direct instructions.

That said, we appreciate the opportunity we had to speak with you directly and to explain the processes involved. If you require any further clarification regarding this matter, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist.
