After my recent experience as a new customer with Kingdom Bank, I feel compelled to warn others about their severely deficient services. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews. However, the situation has left me with no choice.
The operational inefficiencies at this institution are staggering. Each transaction we've initiated has languished in their system for approximately three weeks before processing - an unacceptable timeframe in today's banking environment. This delay has created significant disruptions to our financial management and planning.
Customer support is virtually non-existent. When attempting to resolve issues, their team has consistently demonstrated an inability to provide even basic assistance or resolution. They seem woefully unprepared to address customer concerns.
Perhaps most frustrating is their communication approach - or lack thereof. Inquiries go unanswered, emails are ignored, and obtaining status updates requires extraordinary persistence.
For anyone considering Kingdom Bank for their financial needs, I strongly urge you to explore alternative institutions. There are numerous competitors offering similar services with significantly higher standards of efficiency, support, and communication.
Save yourself the inevitable frustration and complications. Your financial well-being deserves better than what Kingdom Bank provides.

I had an issue with my first deposit via SWIFT but it was addressed by support promptly and kindly, once I was able to contact them, which due to a technical problem at first, took quite some time. The service is legit and amazingly practical so far but I'm still testing all the advertised functionality and if it holds true over time I'll change it to a 5 stars review because it is a service with great potential that fits todays needs.

Stay away from this bank. 2 weeks waiting for two transfers. Almost non-existent support. After their response and apologies in which they assured me that in the following 24 hours everything would return to normal due to the clogged servers, 72 hours later they disappeared without giving me updates on the status of the transfers. I'm still waiting to hear from their customer support. Not recommended.

I recently opened this account and then wired 5,000USD on January 27th in order to pay vendors. $ was debited from my US account but not credited to kingdom bank. Customer service said not to worry, it can take a few days. On February 5th (8 business days later) I contacted customer service again. Provided all the info they requested and got ‘we’ll contact you’. I asked for a reference number/ticket number or the name of the person working in the issue or even a timeframe I can expect a reply….just something that indicates they are concerned about my missing $. They would not provide anything (Buket Kaskin). Gave them 2 days, and contacted again. Still nothing! Meanwhile my vendors are upset for non-payment.
Run far far far away from them. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!

First thing, their fees are not published. Why???? I communicated with them and was interested to open an account but the fees were the highest ever, and it was absolutely unreasonable to have that level of fees.

When I opened an account with Kingdom Bank I assumed that the experience would be long and frustrating with no person to speak with to answer any queries.
Not a bit of it. Their customer service is fantastic, I was immediately assigned Pablo Romero as my Account Management Specialist who has been helpful in every way. Phone calls if needed and email queries are answered immediately. This is banking as it should be.
