Never buy again scam
Ordered kit never received it, sent emails with no reply, have brought off this company before with no problems so am very disappointed. Put a dispute with PayPal but because i didn't escalate the case because i was ill they said there was nothing they could do apart from sending another email load of rubbish

Don’t buy from this company
Made an order, order didn’t show up, sent multiple emails and no response. I’m pretty sure this is a scam. I have reported this to my bank and requested a charge back as a fraudulent payment. Pretty sure the positive reviews on here are fake.

No order delivered. No response.
No order received. No response from customer support. I placed an order on 8th June and have yet to receive my product. I've sent numerous emails and messages on Facebook, filled in the contact form with no response or acknowledgment. The contact number is out of service. They've taken my money. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline (1 - 3 working days) and with no response breaches the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and so I will be reported to Trading Standards. Avoid at all costs!

This review is on behalf of my father. In March he ordered a beard apron, soap and oil. He received a broken apron and nothing else. After several emails he was offered a refund and asked for the details on the order. He has still not received his refund.

Does literally nothing.
Purchased this from their official website. It took around 6 weeks to arrive. I used it religiously as instructed and it provided no effect at all. Like literally none. This is the second review I've left as they had my first one removed and I didn't see the email in time to combat it.

Will not respond to communications
Have emailed various times regarding the guarantee as the product didn't work for me. No response. Phone number on the website doesn't work either. Why advertise a refund guarantee when you do not even respond to communications?

Great products from a great company
I got the complete beard grooming kit as a gift and I can safely say, this is a great product!! The conditioner, balm, in fact all the products smell lovely. I'd highly recommend the complete grooming kit to keep your face fuzz in check. I even emailed King Beard for a recommendation of which order to use products and I got a very helpful email back in a timely manner! I'm more than happy with this kit and with King Beard. Great stuff!
