Excellent customer service, fast delivery and quality products! I own quite a few t-shirts from KT and they still in great quality even after so many washes, not to mention that every clothing I ordered is super comfy! I'm proud to say that my bedroom wall is full off KT prints and it makes my room look rad.
I can only recommend the brand to everyone who haven't ordered from them.

Their artwork is very unique and awesome. It reflects well on all the clothing, the whole vibe they offer appears very profressional and trusting too. No problems with this company and the t shirt I've got is super good quality.

Great communication, was told there may be a delay when I ordered but still got my sunglasses a week earlier than expected. Great quality, comfortable and look awesome. The free prints I received too look amazing, will defo go back in the future

DO NOT BUY FROM THE KILLING TREE!!!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!

I purchased some items online from The Killing Tree on the 03.06.2018, I bought 2 vests and a pair of sun glasses.
After waiting more than 2 weeks I finally got my order, I received my order on the 18.06.2018. The 2 vests were in the package but the sun glasses were NOT in the package.
I was and still am very disappointed and angry that they have forgotten my sunglasses with my order, I go on holiday in less than a week, that's why I bought the sunglasses.
I have emailed The Killing Tree more than 5 times about this issue and they have still not replied!!!.

All I wanted was the sunglasses I paid for so I can have them for my holiday.
I normally don't ever write bad reviews for companies as I give them a chance to fix what's wrong, but this company has ignored me and stolen my money and done nothing to fix the issue, If I could give them less than 1 star i would!!!!

I'm also going to report them to trading standards if they do not reply to me in the next 3 days.

I've never written a negative review on here before but I feel this is necessary. I purchased 3x prints at the start of May. Two have arrived, however, the third still hasn't arrived. Since May Ive emailed them weekly and on a occasion I receive an email telling me they're looking into it. I've contacted them via Twitter and Facebook for an update and these messages have been ignored.

I've purchased two t-shirts, 5x prints and a pair of sunglasses over the past 12 months. In most instances there's been an issue with delivery where I've waited weeks to receive my purchases or when they arrived their damaged. I'm so disappointed by their service, I love the products but the customer service is appalling. I'd like to purchase more items but unfortunately I've now lost faith in the brand.

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews regarding this brand and I have to say I couldn’t disagree more.

It’s understandable why 100% of reviews aren’t amazing but this is an independent company trying to provide good quality products to customers - which from my experience they are doing.

I have been purchasing products from these for a while and have not once had a problem with the products themselves. Issues with delivery times have occurred as most would agree but after patiently waiting I have received the products and loved them!!!

Fab independent company who I would recommend to anyone willing to give them a chance!

Really happy with the products I received, good quality and brilliant design. Delivery was hindered by the Christmas craze but it was well worth the wait!

I placed an order at the beginning of April. It is now June and I still have not received my items or a refund, despite sending multiple emails to their 'customer service' team. This is a company that clearly does not know how to run an online business, nor how to treat customers fairly. Every customer service rep gives a different story - either that they are awaiting stock, or that I will be refunded. Neither has happened, despite months of back and forth! Avoid at all costs

Absolutely thrilled with my purchases! Great quality, unique designs, UNISEX (though ladies I advise you choose according to chest measurements! 🤗) and beautiful frameable artwork as a gift?! Can’t wait for an excuse to shop from here again! ❤️
