It’s a decent shop for people who love kpop. There are better shops but it still provides what you want so I would recommend it.

I ordered an item back in June of this year and after sending an email on July 25th, left multiple comments on their facebook posts, and a facebook message on August 14th, I was finally able to get ahold of their customer service on August 26th in which the representative told me the jacket I had ordered two months prior was out of stock and it would be restocked in a few days and shipped out immediately. Fast forward two weeks later and my order is still unfulfilled.

Before the customer service people on here come for me, I can back up the fact that I posted the inquiries about my order and have backup of the correspondence back and forth when contact back to me was finally made. I see the snarky comments left to other reviewers who have had a bad experience with you and some of your reps need to learn to take criticism and grow from it so your company can grow to be better and avoid reviews like mine and several others who are wholly dissatisfied that their money was taken and their items were either delivered extremely late, or never delivered at all. I'm sure no one in your company would like to lose their hard earned money to another company which promised them goods.

Also, don't use the covid excuse for the shipping delays anymore, I've received multiple items from many other countries/states in the last year with little to no issues.

Long story short I would not recommend this site to anyone. Poor communication is the worst thing you can do to your customers. I will also be contacting my bank in two weeks if the refund I have requested is not given to me by then.

EDIT: Fast forward to Sept 25th after requesting a refund through the customer service email back and forth and a separate email through their form on their site, a facebook comment, and still no contact back from them has been made. Obviously they are not going to refund me so I am going to the bank in the morning to get my money back.

EDIT again: I was finally contacted through facebook. They said I was asked to wait a few days, and I was, on August 24th, it's Sept 25th now and I am out of patience. I was told I'd be given a refund only if I erased my negative review. This is the kind of company these people run. As proof I have the facebook message they left for me this morning:

Hello, As per our support team that they were waiting for your item to be in stock so they can ship it for you but now as you don't want to wait further your order will be cancelled and refunded. Our team also require that you should delete review once deleted your refund will be processed immediately. Kindly also note that as we are registered company we never cheat our customers. There are sometimes when we run out of stock for some merch but we do ship it once we restock and our customers wait for it if they require. Thank you for understanding and we do apologise for all the delay."

I ordered the BTS light stick 2 months ago and I still haven't received it. I emailed them to request a refund and they told my order would arrive soon and provided a link to track my package. So I gave it another week or so and according to the link they provided my package hasn't even left China! I have been requesting a refund but my emails go unanswered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEKDOM.COM, YOU WILL NEVER GET WHAT YOU BUY. SCAMMERS

Amazing shop, the shipping delivery is really good and the quality is also great. About a month ago I bought a phone case and got one extra. Like...can this shop be better. I'm being honest with you guys! If your room is empty of kpop-things, and you just want to fill the whole wall with posters. Then go to the Kdom shop, u will find so many different and amazing things at a really good price!!

I find it more reliable and exciting items base from other Korean online shops I've seen.
It's just sad that I don't have cards to purchase the item I love,😢 I should immediately get one after the quarantine.
