Nothing ever arrives, avoid.

Take down their website after orders, does not ship anything and tracking has not moved in a month. They claim to be "restructuring" their website, yet their email servers are still up and they do not reply to orders. They gladly take the money and say it has been sent on their checkout, but when you check with the pointless Shop app (By Shopify) it tells you the tracking has not been sent or "Waiting for Details". Nothing ever arrives, avoid.

Slow and unresponsive.

Ordered on Friday 23rd. It’s now Wednesday 28th and my order hasn’t even been processed into Royal Mail’s tracking system so I’ll be lucky to get this by the end of the week!

I did email the Shop and offer to come pick up my order, but received no reply whatsoever.

Not great.
