Entire experience was over the internet and phone from the United States. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Initial ear piece bought as a surprise for my wife was too small. Was able to exchange with little to no hassle despite the long distance. My first phone conversation to purchase was great. The person I talked to was very friendly and understood I might have to exchange. I would definitely recommend shopping at the Jewelry Store.
