Very bad service/ Unclear rules
Booked the yoga sunset session for two, was aware of the no phone policy as it states that on their website. Also on their website it clearly states all guests are responsible for their own belongings. It also states lockers will be provided. Upon arrival we were requested to leave our mobile phones and DSLR at the reception desk. Although they agreed to take responsibility for the equipment this is clearly not the case on their terms and conditions which meant they would be covered should there be any loss. We requested a locker to which we informed they are not able to supply lockers. Handing over my mobile device with all personal data on isn’t something I do for obvious reasons. On that note we cancelled our class with no refund available.
I feel that they should give you the option of renting a locker as their website clearly states is available and if the case be that you don’t wish to pay form by all means leave your good with reception.
