Placed an order for a Dell 7420 laptop from this company, apart from the fact the shipping reference changed twice with different couriers they sent out a Dell DC 14 laptop which is half the price that I paid for the one I ordered at £935.00. They’ve been dreadful to deal with and insist I won’t get a refund until I return the junk they sent out. As the customer why should I go out of my way to return the item, what happens if it incurs damage on return, I couldn’t trust this company. Thankfully I placed my order with Amazon who are supporting me in getting my refund. Strongly recommended that anybody looking to purchase a PC from Amazon check who the supplier is, it all feels a bit like a scam

We usually purchase most of our networking equipment from Broadbandbuyer and I was initially a little sceptical about this company. I was drawn to them as their pricing was extremely competitive on some new Ubiquiti devices though to upgrade our systems for our brand new 2Gbps fibre connection.

I tested them a little with their online chat and the response from Lisa and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

After helping to narrow down the best combination of switches, she passed me to Max for an official email quotation who was also extremely helpful and even improved the price a little further for us.

Elena then raised the pro-forma invoice for us to pay and were shipped out the same day (all within 2 hours) for me to recieve them today, ready to install it all over the weekend.

First rate, gold old fashioned service from everyone in the organistaion that I dealt with and I'll definitely be using them again for our network equipment needs.

Good experience, Daniel providing good / quick quotations, reasonably priced and shipping as per quotation.

After initially not getting responses from messages I contacted via chat which proved to be excellent.
The UPS I wanted was in stock and was delivered the next day (£30 delivery!).

My overall experience with T.I Digital was positive and they got a relatively hard to obtain otherwise item sorted for me in two weeks, which is great.

What's not so great is the fact that it was listed as "in stock" which appeared to not be exactly the case and got stuck with a supplier in Europe for a few days, and the time it then took to ship to the UK and to me. It also ended up lapsing the 10 day authorisation hold which required a few more days for re-invoicing before dispatch.

With all of the above in mind, the T.I team were upfront about the delays once queried post-purchase, prompt & delightful in their communication and I'd consider purchasing from them again, just maybe querying their stock before purchase over email for instances where accuracy & time to delivery matters.

Great prices, good service. They were let down a little by their delivery company dpd, although this was not TI Digitals fault, so 5/5 for them.

Awful service. Ordered a printer which isn’t working and organisation refuses to take any liability for it. This organisation is nothing but a scam business!!!

Terrible company to deal with. Paid for next day delivery and they never sent the items. They then decided to send the items to a wrong address over 2 weeks went by with still no resolution. Lots of emails and calls later still no resolution. I'd stay away from this company unless you want to pay for items twice, as I have had to go elsewhere and re buy the items leaving me out of pocket a lot of money.

Also communication is really poor, they do not call you back, till you call and kick off.

Terrible company we will never use them again.
