Brilliant experience!
I had some issues with delivery (which was not the inkeys list fault) but everything was sorted out with the prompt reaction of the Inkey List team! Inkey List products are amazing, and so is their Customer Support! Combo that is really hard to find these days!

Missing product
I ordered 3 items and only received 2 so contacted askInkey, I didn’t receive a response and was told I would be contacted within an hour by email. Still nothing the next morning so I filled out a contact form, still noting after 36 hours so tried askInkey again. After a few minutes they confirmed they would send my missing product out which was great. My original order was next day delivery yet my replacement was just sent second class which was frustrating. However, I like the products so far, too early to see any results.

Amazing customer service from The Inkey List!
I followed a link from insta for the new lip plumper, not sure what actually went wrong whether it was the link or me but I ended up with peptide moisturiser in my bag, I didn’t notice and checked out.
Anyway I emailed straight away for them to cancel, and to change it to the lip plumper, they were amazing! Replied straight away, immediately said they would cancel my order and send the new item! Well the order had already shipped, very fast I might add! And it couldn’t be cancelled, they said it’s on them to keep it anyway and have ordered my lip plumper to be sent out! It’s so nice and refreshing to have such wonderful customer service!

Great suggestions from skin professionals
I first did the online quiz but was not sure how to separate am from pm products for my specific skin concerns. The suggested routine is just what I was looking for. It felt like the person really cared and asked questions to know my concerns.
