From the beginning to the end of fixing a serious booking error on my end, Anna was polite, proactive and did every she could to reassure me that the situation would be fixed and to the best of her ability in my belief. Anna was thorough and concise explaining exactly what she was doing and what I should expect. After everything was cleared up and the booking fixed and paid for, she even called me back to make sure I received the email with all the final details and proof from the airline.

When my family and I checked in at the Lisbon Portugal airport, we were told that that our tickets were canceled, however, the flight was not cancelled. This was our return trip home to Maryland USA, after nine days. When we called Infinity Travels, they could not tell us why the trip was canceled. Infinity Travels wanted to rebook the flight for the next day for about $2,000 more than the cancelled trip. We directly booked the trip with the airline for considerably less than what Infinity wanted to charge us and we did better for a same day trip back home, just one hour later than the original trip. Save yourself a lot of trouble/frustration, money, and a canceled flight. Don’t ever use Infinity Travels to book your trips. Buyer Beware! Even AI warns against using Infinity Travels. Just google it.

Lost our Legroom
United Airlines changed plane configuration and routing on our return trip Lisbon Portugal and we were moved from Premium Economy to Economy seating. We weren't notified of this change by either Infinity Travel or the airline. Jack at Infinity Travel was very helpful in changing our seating to afford more legroom on the long legs of our trip.
