Professional set up, took longer than expected but was kept informed of delays.
A bit disappointed that the watch battery was dead when i collected the watch.

Fantastic! Excellent communication, prompt service. They repaired our coffee-drenched MacBook and were happy to use a second-hand part, which is what we wanted. The price was very reasonable and it was a great outcome :)

Really pleased with the service I received from Infinite Loop after my MacBook died. When they told me I needed a new motherboard I thought the repair would be uneconomical, but the price quoted was very reasonable. The laptop was back with me and working like new within a fortnight, with excellent communication throughout.

Apple told me my macbbok needed a new motherboard after some liquid damage for £600 minimum. They also pointed me to their data retrieval partners for the princely some of £1200 with a 10% discount..oh happy days. Infinite loop step in and fixed my macbook with no need for data retrieval for a fraction of the cost. These guys ROCK! Highly recommended.

Great honest service and my watch look longer than expected but the communication was great throughout. Would recommend and reasonably priced, a good alternative to apple.

I am really pleased with the service I received. Although the upgrade on my Apple Mac Pro took a bit longer than expected, it wasn’t a problem. They persevered through a challenging upgrade and did a highly professional job. I’m particularly impressed with how they diagnosed and remedied the issue. Now, we plan to have them perform the same upgrade on four other machines. Great work overall!

Infinite Loop not only know the Apple scene inside out, importantly they really took the time to understand exactly what we needed as a creative studio from our kit upgrade. We were up and running, quicker than ever and the data migration service worked like a dream. 100% Recommend.
