Your order was received on 7th November 2023. Your order was also shipped on 7th November 2023 via DTDC courier, even though the dispatch time mentioned on the website is 6 business days. Your order is out for delivery as at status checked on 15th November. Due to Dhanteras and Diwali rush and festival holidays, deliveries by courier companies are normally delayed as there is heavy load for deliveries.

Similar to other reviews, very bad at providing updates. Further, they are not responding to the phone calls or the email. It has been over a month, yet to receive the item. I can just hope to receive the product now.

Did not receive any proactive updates on my order which took over a month to deliver since the ordered item was handmade and it took time. I had to follow up few times to figure out what was going on.

Lack of professionalism
Lack of professionalism. I placed a prepaid order and it took about a month to despatch. No updates or follow up was there from the site regarding whatever be the issue of delay.
My request is please update your customers so that they are not in dark about the delivery time. It was a gift which needed to be given on a due date. It is an embarrassment that I couldn't give it on the special date.
Otherwise products are good.

Good products but unsatisfactory information and delivery experience
The items ordered and delivered were absolutely fine.
However, it would be helpful if the seller kept me updated about my order status after the 4 week period of patiently waiting for my order.
I had to make several calls to gather information about my order and even after their reassurance there was a significant amount of delay in receiving my order.
