Scam all the way. Not a single post with 5 stars are legit. Don't believe it.

Scammed. Ordered 1, checked bank 2 got charged. Emailed, got blocked.

I am more likely to receive this projector by putting my money in the bin and placing the order with Oscar the grouch.
Order placed on 20/01 having seen advert and trusting that buying something would actually arrive. I'd have waited a bit for delivery but it's the ignoring emails and no update on despatch that has made me think its not happening.

These companies do my head right in, times are bad enough without this happening. It's a shame because they ruin it for the other companies that are real but have similar adverts. I'll stick to amazon from now on.

Note to Oscar the grouch.. No offence intended, I'm sure had I paid you, you'd have done your upmost best to fulfill the transaction and let me know of any issues.

For everyone wondering in the comments, most of the reviews here are about the fake hype lights websites such as lightshype.com which is a full copy from the real and working well website. I fell for the scam too, saw an add on instagram that took me to the fake website where I then bought one light projector thinking it was a really good deal. After not receiving a shipping email for days I decided, too late, to come here and read the reviews. Already contacted my bank and I'm going to the police to file a complaint for cyber crime in order to then begin the process to retrieve my money if possible. Hope everyone is able to do the same.

This has got to be a scam wished I read review first orderd 2 still not received is there any way to get money back?

SCAM bought one on Instagram and after 1 month no response from them or even a dispatch email

Complete scam. All the negative stories below also apply to my story about hypelights. After 7 weeks waiting and paying for two (while ordering one) I tried to contact them about where my lamps were. They blocked my emailaddress, so that's it for “great service.” Never order from here please, I see their website is still open but just think before you buy.

Scam. Ordered one light and they charged me for two.
Emailed requesting a refund which they said was not possible.
Will get bank to stop payment.

I ordered on 15.01 from the website after I ordered I did not receive a receipt or an order number. I immediately suspected and realized that the site was probably not good I contacted the email and it immediately referred me to the wrong email found a proper that in the email the rep answered me that I ordered from their fake website. ״Hello יובל,
We are so sorry to hear that.
This type of order number does not exist in our store. We already had a few situations like yours. Somebody copied the look of our web site and we reported them.
Unfortunately, we can't help you with your problem. Our domain is hypelights.com and their is hype-lights.com or lightshype.com.

SCAM - avoid. Product never arrived.

FRAUD scammers, do not order from this site. They will take your money and never despatch the goods. I placed an order 3 weeks ago which still has not been despatched. You cannot contact the company other than email to which they only respond once to say that due to Covid there are delays. But that’s it. I have requested a refund on a number of occasions and they have not responded. I have now reported them to my credit card fraud team. Buy your lights elsewhere if you actually want them.

Hi, the exact thing happened to me, ordered one, ended up paying for 2. These are scammers. Same responses as everyone else. Was getting no where. They took payment out of my bank account (I used my debit card) for two lights. I contacted my bank yesterday and explained the situation and the got my money back.

I wish i could give 0 stars. It’s a scam. You pay and you will never see the product. Also, during the transaction it tries to charge you double. Stay away!

Fraudsters. Stay away. Took my payment, light never arrived, chasing by emailing, was ignored for months, then promised refund, nothing repaid, chased again and now ignored again. Disappointed Paypal allowing them to use the Paypal service.

Notice all the bad 1star reviews.
Yet all the 5 star reviews are made all the the same day......

SCAMMMERRS!! Beware

I ordered a hype light projector on December 26th, and I yet dont have a track number!!!! They say they will send the item 1/4 weeks if in Europe but it's been 25 days without a tracking number yet!!
Unfortunatelly it's probably a scam website-customer service etc.. Does anybody know how to report it to the law or something? There must be something cumstomers can do..!

I ordered two Hype light projectors on sale by accident, was only meant to buy 1. I asked if I could return one and was told no this can’t be done. I accepted that and decided I’ll give second one as a lovely gift. I ordered them 3 weeks ago, yet my items have not yet been shipped. I’ve sent numerous emails to customer service to ask where my orders are and no one has replied to me. This is the most disappointing thing as it’s the bad customer service and no one bothering to contact me. So hopefully you will read this review and help me.

Scam website.
I've bought a projector, paid and nothing is happening.

Don't buy their explanations like "sb is trying to scam us, just use thehypelights.com instead of hypelights.com". I've received email one email and that's all from an non existing person Jenny Martins who don't exist besides this fake website. Customer service does not exist. Don't waste your money here
