I'am extremely disappointed with my…
I'am extremely disappointed with my recent order from this site. I purchased Fish Sh!t, but what I received was a generic, "no-name" bottle with absolutely no official labelling, batch number, or usage instructions.
For a specialized biological product, authenticity and traceability are non-negotiable. There is no way for me to verify if this is the genuine product or a diluted version. When I reached out to customer service to address this major red flag, the response was dismissive and utterly unprofessional.
If you are looking for certified products and reliable support, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. I will not be ordering from here again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are genuinely sorry that you feel disappointed, however the allegations made in this review are factually incorrect and require clarification.
Bullet point for ease:
- The product purchased was clearly and explicitly listed as Fish Sh!t (Decanted) at the time of purchase
- The listing description expicitly states in plain terms that this is decanted from the original manufacturer bottle (as that 250ml size is out of stock)
- An order summary is provided several times before checkout and is not hidden or implied
To summarise, the reason for this is simple and transparent. Fish Sh!t has been discontinued, and remaining stock exists only in limited large format containers. To allow more customers access to the final available stock, the product is intentionally decanted into smaller volumes. This affects packaging only, not the contents. This is clearly written
The product supplied is genuine Fish Sh!t. There is no dilution, substitution, or alteration of the biological product itself. The absence of original branding, batch codes, or manufacturer labels is a direct and expected consequence of decanting, which was clearly stated prior to purchase.
We stand by the authenticity of the product supplied and the transparency of our listing, and we are genuinely unsure what additional steps we could have taken to make this clearer prior to purchase.
As the item received matches the description provided before checkout, we do not believe this review accurately reflects the transaction.
I will Order again.

This order came quickly from the UK although my emails were never answered. The tariff was horrible but I now see why I am unable to get this product here in the US! Tariffs are awful! Once I got the carbon filter in place I had much better airflow through my rooms. My last Phresh filter was 9 years old and very worn out.

Sorry again about the emails not being answered. Over the Christmas period we had a technical email authentication issue, which caused some replies to unfortunately land in spam folders rather than inboxes. That one is fully resolved now, but we understand how frustrating that must have been at the time.
Completely hear you on the US tariffs too, they can be brutal. Unfortunately that is also why some products are hard to source locally, but we always do our best to get them over safely and quickly despite the extra costs.
