Looking back at your order, it was placed late evening on Wednesday 17th July and sent out to you on Thursday 18th as per the tracking details provided to you. The delay would have been with the courier unfortunately which we have little control over.

This is a great company that we will be highly recommending and using for future orders!
Communication is excellent and confirmation of order was slick and professional with a quick delivery and igh quality products with value for money that we can't fault.
The slip lead we ordered is extremely well made and we can't wait to give our two lovely dogs who are fed raw and only natural ingredients which these are, lovely packaging too so overall we're very impressed!
