very poor experience with…

I have had a very poor experience with this company. I have been trying to contact them by email for the past few months regarding a refund of £130, but I have received no response at all despite sending multiple emails.
I returned the item, but I accidentally sent it back via the Post Office instead of Evri. I explained this clearly in my emails and asked for help or guidance, however I have been completely ignored. There has been no communication, no acknowledgment, and no effort to resolve the issue or return my money.
Customer service is extremely disappointing, and the lack of response is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I ordered the padded goalkeeper short

I ordered the padded goalkeeper short, they were delivered very quickly and the product itself is brilliant. Perfect fit, the padded protection and flexibility provide exactly that a goalkeeper needs.

100% recommend

100% recommend, looked at all different brands for my new gloves and after hours of research these gloves where the best value for money based on the materials and quality of product.

Came within 3 working days and very happy with the quality, will be ordering again soon and I’m sure it won’t be long till some prem goalkeepers will be wearing these!

Shocking Company

Shocking Company, do not order or buy from them. Never received my order and sent 15 emails chasing them and only had 1 reply and never heard from them again. No contact number and a scam company

AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost , placed an order for the bundle deal which was €175 but i had to pay customs of €145 because it said i had to pay the customs to a company called Ink Cartridges Ltd not HUNDRED, I was trying to contact the company to see if it was a scam but got no help, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT, it took 1 month for the order to come in that time I got 1 email back from Joy giving me the information i already had she was never to be heard from again, the rest of my emails went unanswered, they send back a automated message saying not to email again just to leave the one email because if you email again it pushes your email down the line, but because they don't answer the emails your left in limbo, there is no phone number just the email,The clothes are smaller fitting than expected so now what do I do if I send them back do I get charged more extortionate custom fees to receive a bigger size because they label the product as something else, I very nearly didn't have this product at all because I wasn't sure about paying customs to a different company name, in the end I had to spend 4 days chasing down the parcel with the help of UPS as this was a Santa present , because I could not get an answer from HUNDRED about paying custom fees to Ink Cartridges Ltd i had to drive to the UPS depot get them to track the parcel down to see if it was actually what I had ordered , so UPS saved the day, I even went as far as tracking down the owner of HUNDRED Joe on LinkedIn to see could he answer the customs answer but he didn't connect back surprise surprise, A SHAMBLES of a company , avoid at all cost

I have nothing but praise for this company …

I have nothing but praise for this company, from their communications to the Academy packs arrival. The equipment is high quality alongside the people involved in your order. I'm glad I chose the Hundred and I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks for you time and help. 10/10

No customer.service. no response to emails.
They sent my order but priced it wrong - leaving me liable for customs to the value of the products..wouldnt rectify it. Emails no phone numbers.

One week later they eventually sent a correct invoice but the courier had marked it return to sender as they hadn't collected the customs charge.
The product was €175 and wanted €120 customs which is wrong but because Hundred wouldnt rectify it my child is now without his present.

Unfortunately, customs charges are set by the destination country’s authorities and are outside of our control. These fees are determined by local import rules, VAT, and duties applied by customs and the courier, not by us as the sender. We understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be, especially when an order is intended as a gift.

Regarding the documentation, an updated invoice was issued once the issue was raised. However, if customs charges are not settled within the courier’s timeframe, parcels can be returned to sender, which appears to be what occurred here.

We appreciate you sharing this and are sorry for the disappointment caused by the situation.

I will certainly shop with Hundred…

I will certainly shop with Hundred glove again. The gloves I purchased are some of the best I’ve had. Great quality, maintain nice look even after wearing through the rain. Sizing was perfect as well.

Poor quality products and shocking customer service.

Requested a refund due to poor quality products to be met with lack lustre customer service, waiting times for replies to emails up to a week.

No resolution given when you finally do get an email back.

Mixed review, but excellent customer service!

Took a while to receive and me chasing order, reply was speedy with the update. Posted & items missing, but contacted again & once again, got a speedy response & missing items posted the next day! Quality of what I’ve received looks good but can only leave review on use once my son opens them for Christmas.
5* on response & quality upon receiving!

Will definitely use again!

Terrible services

Terrible services. Purchased the goalkeeper bundle over 10 days ago and the items have still not left the warehouse. The items were all in stock when order placed. Lots of excuses including a clash with Black Friday sales although had ordered way before that event. Do not rely upon if you require items quickly.
Will not use again.

Goalkeeper Gloves

I have purchased two pairs of goalkeeper gloves from Hundred in recent years for my son.

Both pairs have been great and my son likes the fit and performance of them.

The most recent pair had torn after very little use. However, after contacting their customer service team - they sent a replacement pair. Very happy with their service.

Lack of shipping updates

Ordered a bundle of items, delivery within 1-2 days.
Four days later, not a word about anything regarding my order. After contact, the seller responded with information regarding the order.
Easily avoidable by better tracking of the shipment.

We brought gloves last year and wet them and soaked them in clean like every glove ever the latex went funny and stained the gloves didn't last at all the other pair didn't do it and they refused to take responsibility
