The Human Reach, AJ Mizes, Career Amp and the entire team is world-class. I can't say enough how much this program has been a lifesaver for me in so many ways. Not only did I land a job quickly, but the process was so well spelled out and easy to follow...and the coaching team just 'gets it'.

I also want to say I recognize some of the names from the 1 star reviews, and let me tell you, these people were...interesting...to say the least when we would be on group coaching. The process to work with Career Amp takes 'two to tango' and if you don't put in the work and you aren't willing to show up for yourself...or if you show up as a 'victim' in the process and think that joining Career Amp is a magic easy button, it will not work for you.

The company has done nothing outside of taking money upfront, then conducting 3 measly 1:1 calls where the "coaches" just asked questions, did not provide any guidance, and basically let the time bleed without any output. They literally have nothing valuable to say whether it's in one-on-one calls or in the group sessions. They have cookie cutter self-reflection forms that no one really looks at or provides any means of improvement. No mock interviews, no knowledge of your area of expertise. Just fluff and a pushy sales team that Prey on people struggling to land the next role.

The CareerAmp program has been incredibly impactful for me, especially during a challenging period. It helped me regain positive energy and confidence, and gave me a renewed sense of direction and hope for the future.

One of the most valuable aspects has been the support system—it encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone, actively build my network, and approach opportunities with greater courage. I’ve also gained practical skills and a more structured way to navigate my career journey.

Overall, CareerAmp didn’t just provide tools—it helped shift my mindset to be more optimistic, proactive, and confident about what’s ahead.

I found the experience to be very helpful in my next career journey. The coaching was extremely helpful, especially the mock interview. The energy remains very positive as you go through something that can be very scary and the support is impeccable.

Five stars. Honestly, if I’d known The Human Reach coaching was this effective, I would’ve stopped “networking” with my cat and hired these guys years ago.
I came to them with a short-term goal of finally getting a seat at the big-kid table (VP level). Not only did I land the role in record time, but I also secured a salary bump that finally justifies my expensive coffee habit.
As for long-term career growth, they didn’t just give me a fish; they gave me a high-tech sonar system and a yacht. We mapped out a five-year leadership roadmap that actually feels doable, not just like a collection of buzzwords. I’ve transitioned from "stressed middle manager" to "visionary leader who knows what a KPI is."

Unemployed for 9 months, I joined THR, then landed a job based on my past experience, not the progressive role I sought to advance my career, which was the reason for me joining THR. THR's program is exceptional. It establishes a logical flow to the hiring process that breaks down the path to success across 8+ milestones, from initial goal-setting to resume and cover letter reviews, interview techniques and story prep to negotiating offers. Every team member on Clayton's team is aligned to putting each person first and listening to their respective issues, opportunities and supporting them along the way. Glad I made this decision to invest in myself and my professional career. Without this program to guide, nudge, and engage me through weekly calls I'm certain that my search would have been a prolonged one. I was skeptical at first. But after meeting with Victoria and Clayton, whose professionalism immediately stood out, I decided to take a leap of faith. I’m so glad I did.

Every single coach and professional I worked with through HumanReach/CareerAmp was phenomenal. The level of expertise, thoughtfulness, and personalization throughout the program exceeded my expectations.

For me, the most transformative part of the experience was developing my SOAR stories. I didn’t change who I am, I just learned how to communicate my value more effectively. I gained the tools to truly “sell” myself in a way that felt authentic but far more strategic and compelling.

Before the program, I often struggled to get past the second or third round of interviews. I simply hadn’t had enough structured practice, and I wasn’t articulating my experience in a way that stood out to the interviewers. The SOAR framework gave me the structure I needed. It completely changed how I showed up in interviews.

As a result, I landed a role that doubled my previous salary and checked every box on my “good options” rubric. The investment paid for itself many times over.

The Human Reach helped me with my resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile, and the work was amazing. As a senior-level communicator, I was sure I could draft a decent resume and cover letter. Even so, I had other firms review them and offer vague advice on adjustments I should consider. The Human Reach was so different. They took my information, drafted a new resume, and then went a step further by designing a format that highlighted what I was trying to emphasize.

There is so much clutter in the job search space from companies that overpromise and underdeliver, leaving you second-guessing whether the investment will yield tangible results. The Human Reach exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of work, timeliness, and staff knowledge/experience.

I'm now free from the time-consuming burden of wondering whether my resume is good enough to reflect my experience AND effective enough to get through the automated and human gatekeepers.

I am relatively early on in the process (Milestone 4) and am already seeing a huge return on my investment. Not only are the milestones helpful to work through, but all forms of coaching are helpful too. Additionally, my resume writer, Lynne FAR exceeded my expectations. She is very skilled at writing executive resumes in various industries- phenomenal work. I could not be happier with my choice to work with The Human Reach. I should add that I was leery/skeptical when I first considered working with this company, but I am exceedingly happy that I decided to move forward with their services. You will not be disappointed.

This "service" was a train wreck from the beginning!!! Within one week of "signing up" I requested a
refund as I didn't feel this program was a fit for me and as it turns out THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A REFUND!!!!
I attempted on several occasions to "opt out" but to no avail was denied. The program's coaches (except Clayton Wert)
were somewhat helpful and pleasant to speak with. So, I could not "opt out" so I attempted to try make the best of my
$8K investment in myself!!! I went through the motions with the coaching and the "homework", followed the recipe they
provided for successful job placement which provided no positive results in 10 months!!!! This "service" did not provide
ANY job capturing assistance aside from some conversations and homework. There weren't any job leads or prospective employer
contacts, instead they provided a "blueprint" and "philosophies" for making contact with prospective employers and hiring managers.
I paid $8K for a couple coaching sessions and some useless information that didn't provide the results I WAS PROMISED by Valentina in our very first meeting to discuss this service/product. I really feel like I've been taken advantage of, being preyed upon in one of the worst situations I have ever been, promising to help me dig myself out of this unemployment hole and attaching an $8K price tag to boot! WORST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE, BUYER BEWARE!!! ONE STAR IS ONE STAR TOO MANY!!!

My resume writer crafted an amazing resume capturing my skills and experience in a compelling and professional way, wrote the best cover letter I've ever read, and refreshed my LinkedIn profile for a 360 degree makeover. I am certain that these assets together will win me many interviews and my next dream job!

The Human Reach program has been an incredibly valuable experience for me. It provided exactly the structure and clarity I was looking for and helped me stay focused and intentional from day one. The support system really stands out, the coaches, the medical/resume writers, and the community were all thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely invested in my progress. Really enjoyed working with the coaches who have a deep HR background from major companies and it showed. It all starts with helping you figure out what is important to you in a job, then from there, they help you to identify appropriate job titles/roles (if you want to change roles), then they get to work re-working your resume and linked in. All the while you are working through modules to help clarify your unique selling points as a candidate and refine your answers to interview questions. The most helpful part for me personally, was the 1:1 interview coaching - which really honed in on highlighting my specific leadership role within my prior job roles. I was able to find a job with their help within 4 months (though it took another month or two with wrangling with HR and negotiating before the final offer came in). Have recommended them to my friends who are also looking for career coaching as they look for their next role. I was worried that they wouldn't be able to help much as most of their coaches from from Finance/Tech background, and I'm in the healthcare sector - but I found it invaluable and support was tailored to me and not pre-formatted (which i was worried about initially on signing up.)

The Human Reach program is well organized, and the team is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and supportive. The way they approach individualized coaching and growth is transformative. I feel like they see me, understand me, and my motivation, and they genuinely want me to succeed. I’m excited to apply the tools, skills, and advice that I’m acquiring as I search for my next role and step into the next chapter of my career.
