Great learning experience, Larry made the course interesting and interactive, he was/is very knowledgeable on the subject.

CDL Partitions Ltd spent a great day with Larry last week on the Management Training Bootcamp. Very interesting, with lots of scenario-based activities. Larry is very engaging, keeping the group motivated.
Our group of Senior Site Managers came out of the day with lots of new management tools to take to site.

A very professional and friendly welcome clean and tidy facilities, friendly staff.

I really enjoyed the Exception Assistant course and found it extremely beneficial. The training was clear, engaging, and relevant, with practical examples that made the content easy to relate to real situations. The trainer was knowledgeable and approachable, encouraging discussion and questions throughout. I feel much more confident in my understanding of exception handling and would highly recommend this course to others.

Heather ran a great session, she is engaging and huge supporter of the assistant world. The course broadens knowledge, as well as a great confidence boost!

Venue was great and easy to find. James (the facilitator) was welcoming, informative and created a good atmosphere conducive to learning.

I attended the Exceptional Assistance course today ran by Heather Baker and it was absolutely brilliant. Heather brought a wealth of knowledge and experience like no other and really made a difference to the way I see myself in my role. Thank you so much!

Heather is a badass. She is really clued up and empowering. The pictures on the slides could do with an update to give it that extra element. It was such a good session and planned out really well for all types of participants- i.e. not scary for more introverted people.
