Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I purchased a set of Dragon goggles from these guys that literally fell to pieces the first time that I put them on. When I sent a warranty claim it took weeks for them to then tell me to send them back for further review. Obviously by this time I had to buy anther set of goggles so that I had some to use in the mean time. Silly me thought it was just a bad pair so ordered another set the same from The-House.com and exactly the same thing happened. Now that they have received both pairs of goggles back they are unwilling to give a refund. Only a store credit to buy a third pair of likely faulty googles. Will never purchase from The-House.com again.
