Can’t speak highly enough of the customer service. I raised a technical query when I needed help with some sort of update. It was a Wednesday evening. I had a response within half an hour and instead of helping me understand what to do, they just did the job on my behalf. Remarkable stuff.

Always find them to be helpful. They always respond quickly and the turn around on issues suggests that they have great back end systems in place. I've been using their services for over 15 years which is about a good a testament as I can think of for the quality of the service I receive.

When I switched from a US provider to a UK provider - I'm in the UK, so it made a bit more sense - I went Heroes.
Sure, it was a bit more expensive, but the improvement in error free running of the site, and its uptime, is worth every penny.
The one time there was an issue, support had it fixed for me in under half a day.

From the start of the process to the instillation has been incredibly smooth. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

That is what I wanted most at the moment I was looking at all the hosting plans in the world. Today, the speed even improved with the PHP 8.1 switch. Very good service and customer support. I have used Hosting Heroes and their predecessors for many years. My sites' uptime is always good. I recently downgraded my plan as I was no longer using all the space and features, and the migration to a more appropriate package with cPanel which is easy to use went very smoothly.

I've been a customer of Hosting Heroes for many years and have a few services with them. Support is always quick and helpful and they will quite often go above and beyond to help out.

I had an intermittent fault on my forum website, which meant that it was either slow to respond or gave time-outs. As the fault was intermittent, it was difficult to identify but Hosting Heroes lived up to their name and came through, not giving up and keeping me informed until success was achieved.
