As a new admin to the site I was trying…

As a new admin to the site I was trying to change 2FA on the existing. The Tech support Paul J was very helpful. My issues was finally resolved as I understood their system. I hate "Live-Chat" as I was continually deleting my next response as Paul was updating his last comments. -- the Latency. Hosting Heroes currently have no technical phone support which I consider to be a great shame, as I had delved into their help info but it was of no use to me here. However I cannot fault their committment to resolving my issue.

Great tech support

What's important with companies that offer services like this is the support: great support with timely resolution is worth $$$. I've personally had nothing but great comms with this company. I have been with them through a few name (owner?) changes and the support has always been great.

The Hosting Heroes

I've been with these guys ever since they were still Cyberhost Pro.
There support is second to none and they are always very helpful and quick to respond.
Competitive and always have great support but also great advice. Have not been let down yet after approx 14 to 15 years - to long to remember the exact date.

Deleted 10 years of emails without notice..

I have been a customer for several years and trusted both EZPZ Hosting and now Hosting Heros with my data and ensuring backup’s are in place, but now only to find they have deleted all emails across all my domain accounts older than 1 year without any notice being given. Customers have lost years of very important emails. Yes I can see now that they introduce a new policy, but no notice or any communication was made by Hosting Heroes when they stealthily started to delete my emails 6 months ago. You don’t tend to review your old emails until you need them. They are not my Heroes and I’m annoyed with what they have done without any attempt to recovery the important data they have deleted. I pay for reseller hosting, and I will manage the storage across my accounts. If some exceeds then there account is suspended without deleting their data.

Great support

I have been with EZPZ Hosting originally. They were bought by Hosting Heroes. Since the swap over to Hosting Heroes, I have had very little issues with downtime or other issues.

Whenever I have had a problem, open a Support Ticket and they are very quick to reply and are right on top of the problem to get it fixed. Any issues I have had have been resolved quickly and expertly.

Great Service Support!

Used Hosting Heros for a number of years and have rarely had any issues. Today I had occasion to contact the service department over a lost email account. This was literally fixed within minutes and I could not praise them more highly.

Extremely Disappointed with "The Hosting Heroes"

I am writing this review with great disappointment regarding my recent experience with "The Hosting Heroes." I have been a customer for more than 15 years, but the level of service I have received in the past few days has left me utterly frustrated.

My account was inexplicably suspended due to a payment issue, and despite my multiple attempts to resolve the matter, I have not received a single response from their support team. I opened several support tickets over the course of two days, and to my dismay, none of them have been addressed even after two days! Shouldn't I call this customer support "very pathetic"?

What's even more frustrating is that their online chat support, touted as a convenient and quick way to resolve issues, has been consistently unavailable. This lack of responsiveness has left me with multiple websites offline, negatively impacting my business and causing substantial inconvenience.

"The Hosting Heroes" has failed to live up to its name, and I am appalled by the lack of customer service and communication. As a paying customer, I expected a basic level of support, especially when it comes to account-related issues. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but heroic.

I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for "The Hosting Heroes" to improve their customer service and communication channels. As it stands, I cannot recommend their services based on this disappointing experience.

Edit: Minutes after this review was published in trustpilot, The Hosting Heroes team replied my ticket and gave an explanation why they did not respond for such a long time. I am communicating with them in the ticket and hope my issues will be solved. Yet I will say, writing a review to get attention and solution from such a big company is not the right way.

2nd Edit : After my reply to that ticket, they again hid into a den and my ticket remained unanswered for another day.

Regarding the suspension of your account, this action was taken due to a payment issue involving a chargeback from a credit card reported as stolen. As a company, we must adhere to legal and ethical standards, which include suspending services linked to fraudulent activities. This is a standard practice in the industry to protect all parties involved, including the rightful owners of the payment methods.

We requested an alternative, legitimate payment method to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, as of now, we have not received a suitable response to this request. We understand your frustration and the impact of service interruption on your business. However, we must emphasize the importance of adhering to legal and ethical standards in such situations. We are committed to providing the best possible service to all our customers within these boundaries.

Absolutely fantastic hosting company, service has been great, but what makes a company stand out is the support and I can’t fault them, they are really helpful and know what they are doing, especially Jeffery, very knowledgeable and super helpful.
