Dreadful

Dreadful. Avoid!

Ordered 2 identical hoodies at different times (don't ask). Realised after ordering that I'd been charged differently for each order, but just wrote that off. After 3 weeks order hadn't arrived so emailed them. No response so phoned them. Answered the phone (eventually) with a different company name, but said to be the company I wanted after I asked. Gave my order numbers and they said they would speed my orders up. Four weeks later still nothing and no reply to emails. Requested refund via PayPal.
