Brian helped us finalise the property in Ebbesfleet. It was a pleasure dealing with Brian who had efficiently and professionally managed the entire process. We had a time crunch to finalise the completion, he was supportive all through the process and helped us couple of times when we wanted to view the property. Me and my wife used The Homes Group to sell our home, Joe came to see me and go through what they could do for us, very professional and put me at ease. Brian and Joe answered all our questions and queries and Brian kept us up to to date with what was going on and was always on hand to help out. From the first viewing with Brian and then the second with Joe, it was clear that the Homes Group were heads and shoulders above the rest of the industry!

They are true professionals in their field. They have a genuine and honest approach with excellent communication. They were there to answer my questions and offer advice whenever I needed them throughout the process of buying my new home.

My only regret is finding them after I’d put my flat up for sale. I really wish I’d been able to sell through them as well as purchase. It’s safe to say they showed up the estate agents that I used to sell my property!!

Such a stressful time moving house and when you have solicitors that take on too much work and leave you hanging for ages it can be overwhelming.😵‍💫🥺 But Brian made it all seem less concerning. Worked above and beyond on the sale of our house with humour, sarcasm and kindness. Thank god for emojis. The whole system of buying and selling houses can at times seem as though it's deliberately set up to cause as much stress and grief as possible - though this experience has shown us just how valuable having a team like Brian and Joe on your side really is. It wasn't all smooth sailing - it won't ever be - but the difference their particularly personal approach made to our sale and purchase (particularly when compared to our previous experience with a major high street agent) was like night and day.

At no point did we feel as though we were being left out of discussions; it felt as though they genuinely cared that everyone in the chain would get the right outcome; and when we hit a proper moment of anxiety about our purchase (we were buying a new build and found much of the process around that quite confusing) Brian went out of his way to come round in person that evening and talk us through it. That alone made such a huge difference I'm genuinely not sure we would have ended up getting to the end of this with any other agent.

We've since recommended them to our neighbour who is working with them and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to sell (or buy). We're hoping that this move will be a permanent one, but if circumstances change and we end up back looking for another home, I wouldn't pick any other agency.

As someone selling a home for the first time, I wanted someone who could guide me through the process every step of the way and I was not disappointed at all.

I hardly ever write reviews, but the service I received from The Homes Group was outstanding from start to finish and i have to share my experience.

I recently viewed a property and absolutely fell in love with it, but
In order to buy it I had to sell my house.

Time was against us and Joe and Brian worked tirelessly to do everything in their power to sell my house.
In less than a week they managed to get a photographer to take pictures, put my house on the market and have it under offer.

They were efficient, prompt and their work ethic was unmatched; keeping me updated every step of the way and always a step ahead to make sure everything went smoothly.

Honestly an absolute joy to do business with, I cannot sing their praises enough 10/10 service.
