I can clearly say beggers while asking money to take package
I came know that so many are trapped in their scam
So I think all of us can form a group and contact
We can think further wat we can do

Scam scam big scam

Scam scam big scam

I take a private package for George for 7 days, amount paid 9000 aed.

Scam No. 1 :
Offered fly dubai or emirates airlines with baggage 25-30 kg and 7 kg hand bagage
Provided wizz air with no baggage.

Scam No. 2 :
Offered private guide for 7 days with private car
Provided 1 day shared tour bus and rest by your own,
basically I rent a car my own and I drove every where. I did not use their terrible service

Scam no. 3
I used my credit card to pay 9000 aed and they said we can make installment with no extra charge.
Basically for installment 1000 aed additionaly I need to pay but they agreed to pay extra barriers by 4 installment (250×4=1000) they paid only 750 and they vanished.

Scam no. 4
Room 4* or 5* by anywhere we wish
Only 4 or 5 is there star vanished in the air and your vish location also vanished in the air, only selected some standard hotels offered

Basically I lost my complete amount just like that.

Above scams are done by verbal agreement with their hidden policy written 4-6 pages with macro letters no one will read and they make you sighn the agreement

Services Not Delivered and No Response

I purchased a travel package on 30 November 2024. The package was marketed with promises of discounted travel, hotel benefits, and flexible usage over two years.
However, I have not been able to use any of the services. The company is now non-operational — their office is closed, their online portal is not working, and they are unresponsive to all communication.
When I visited their office, I found a Dubai Courts judicial notice posted on the premises, indicating ongoing legal disputes.
In my experience, the services were misrepresented at the time of sale and have not been delivered.
I strongly advise others to be cautious.
If you are affected, I recommend taking action immediately

I am sharing my personal experience with Holiday Island Tours & Travels LLC.

In April 2025, I was contacted with a prize or promotional offer and invited to attend an event at a hotel. During the event, I was pressured to purchase a prepaid holiday package and asked to sign an agreement and make payment immediately. I made a partial payment at that time. The company told us the package would be valid for two years, but the contract mentioned only one year, which we did not notice at that time.

Due to financial difficulties, I was unable to continue immediately. After two months, when the package was close to expiry, I visited their office at Churchill Tower to activate it. However, I was told that their internet and phone services were not working, and I did not receive proper assistance.

For the next 60 days, I tried to contact them many times. I called their landline several times, but only a few calls were answered. I was asked to send emails, but the replies were unclear or delayed. I was also told that my requested travel dates could not be processed and that extra charges would apply due to high ticket prices.

After this, I shared my experience on social media. Following that, I received several calls from the company asking me to remove my reviews, and they said they would proceed with my package. However, I did not receive any proper solution.

The company does not provide a mobile contact number, and their landline is mostly unreachable.

This is my personal experience. Based on this, I believe there may be unfair and misleading practices. I request Dubai Police to look into this matter and encourage others in the UAE with similar experiences to come forward.

Serious Fraud Concerns – Beware Before Buying

My experience with Holiday Island Tours & Travels LLC has been extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about fraudulent sales practices.
During the sales presentation, high-quality resort hotels were shown to convince us to purchase the holiday package. However, after payment, the hotels offered were completely different low-quality guesthouses, far below what was originally presented.
When questioned, the company repeatedly avoided answering specific points and sent copy-paste responses instead of addressing the actual issues. Even worse, support tickets were closed multiple times without resolving the queries, which raises serious concerns about their customer service ethics.
There are also contradictions between the contract, welcome email, and later explanations regarding flights, transfers, and hotel standards. Despite multiple emails requesting clear written clarification, most of the key questions remain unanswered.
This experience strongly suggests misleading sales tactics where attractive properties are shown during sales but different options are offered later.
I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before purchasing any package from this company and ensure every promise is clearly written in the contract.
Very disappointing experience.

I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company, as our experience with them was very disappointing.

We initially paid for a specific package, but when it came time to confirm the details, we were presented with additional conditions that had never been communicated to us beforehand. It felt as though the system was designed in a way that traps customers — once payment is made, new terms and restrictions suddenly appear that were not disclosed earlier.

Because of these unexpected conditions, we had to change our destination. However, even after doing so, the sightseeing packages that were promised to us were not provided once we reached the destination. There was no proper response or accountability from the company, and we ended up paying extra out of pocket for services that should have been included.

We also discovered that bookings were made through third-party companies rather than directly under their own name, which raised further concerns about transparency.

Overall, the entire experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I am genuinely surprised that such practices are being carried out in the UAE market.

We purchased the Turkey package but did not receive the services promised Communication is limited to email and calls are not answered. Despite repeated follow-ups, responses were unclear and delayed.
Allocating those funds to #Cve #Capital #corp would have brought better results for me. I've accepted the loss but I wouldn't recommend Holiday Island

Scammer company and I advise everyone to open case on economy and tourism department against this company to save other people from them

I had a very bad experience with Holiday Island Tours & Travels. They do not answer calls, they give false promises through email, and nothing they promised ever happened. I have been following up with them for a long time to get my full Umrah package details, but they kept delaying everything without giving any logical explanation.

I visited their office twice because they were not answering my calls. On 12 February, Mr. Vineet promised that I would receive all my booking confirmations by 16 February. When nothing was sent, I visited again and their manager assured me that by 19 February everything would be shared. Unfortunately, I only received the hotel booking. They did not provide my flight ticket, transportation confirmation, or the contact details of the transportation representative.

Because of their delay, I could not apply for my Umrah visa on time. This has caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. Their behavior shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer service.

I honestly advise everyone to stay away from this company. They act like scammers, taking money and not delivering what they promise. I strongly encourage anyone facing similar issues to file a complaint with the Economy and Tourism Department to protect others from going through the same experience. You can email your complaint to the economy and tourism department email you can get it on there website as here in the comments it's not allowed me to put the email put easily you can communicate them.

We should all raise our voices together against such companies

Very Bad Experience from entire team, including the manager.

2-1120.00 AED - DEPARTURE WRONG TICKET

3-880.00 - RETURN DATE WAS WRONG

TOTAL I PAID FOR ONLY AIR TICKET without any packages —9,360.00. Now you have to pay additional charges of 4,660.00

I would give 0 starts if I could.

Never ever book with these guys and if ever invited to an event run by them, leave immediately. They never honour their commitment. Took money for 2 week Unrah package but now are telling me can only take 1 week. They had said there will be no blackout dates but whichever date I ask for, they say it's blackout and they can't book. They said they offered 0% interest and that was a lie. They claim they have deals with the banks but they don't. Be warned. Never ever book with this company

HOLIDAY ISLAND TOUR AND TRAVEL

I’m sharing my personal experience with Holiday Island Tours & Travels LLC.
I was initially approached under what was presented as a prize or promotional offer and invited to a hotel event. During the event, I was offered a prepaid holiday package and asked to sign an agreement and make payment on the spot.

Later, due to financial hardship, I requested a partial refund or an extension of the package validity. The company declined both, stating the package is non-refundable and cannot be modified.

This post reflects my personal experience so others can make an informed decision before committing to a prepaid travel package

HOLIDAY ISLAND TOURS & TRAVELS Dubai is one of the most misleading travel agencies I have come across in the UAE.

Their representatives stand at major malls and collect mobile numbers in the name of a lucky draw for a free holiday. Later, you receive a call saying you are a “winner” and are asked to visit their office with family to collect the gift. Once you reach their office, the real story begins.

You are made to sit with multiple staff members who slowly push you into signing up for a holiday package. The sales tactics are very aggressive, misleading, and clearly designed to pressure customers into paying money on the spot.

I deposited money for a future holiday plan. Due to personal reasons, I could not travel within one year. When I approached them in the 14th month to book my trip, I was bluntly told that my contract had expired and my request was not valid. No reminders, no follow-up calls, no customer support — only excuses when it was time to use the service.

They are very proactive until they collect your money. After that, customer service disappears completely. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HOLIDAY ISLAND TOURS AND TRAVELS.
