I'm from India, and I have ordered Fiio r11 radio on this website. They have charged only for the product and the shipping cost was taken care by Hificat itself even though it's international. I have received the product in 15 days without any problem. And the product was really good.

My initial parcel was returned to sender, despite not 1 attempt to make delivery. The seller tried to make me pay a redelivery fee, even though I mentioned that there were no issues with the initial address on the order. After the parcel was returned to the seller's local warehouse, the parcel was not shipped out for weeks and the seller kept telling me every time I followed up for a tracking number that it would only be a few more days. Eventually I bought from another store due to delays and returned the item. It then took another 2 weeks for the refund to be processed. Do not buy from this seller.

Smooth experience on my last purchasing and also the 1st purchasing. Doesn’t like most of the other online seller, thehificat’s price includes tax which is very convenience for customer. Only one thing I’d like to ask for improvement is the time between order placement and shipping is too long. It took 7 days in my case ( Friday to next Friday, after I sent a query email). During that 7 days customer can’t see any progress online. It would be great to shorten the processing time or provide updates so that people knows their orders are not being forgotten. The product is authentic and I like it.

It’s been almost 3 weeks since I ordered and the item is still not even in Canada yet. This despite paying what I considered to be high shipping costs for what should be a very small and light package. Also tracking is poor. Will not order from HiFI Cat again.

Unmatched shipping time, service, and quality of packaging. These guys are audio nerds, just like many of us. They send your stuff the way they would like to receive it, especially the limited edition sets. If you contact them in any way, you could expect a personal response rather than a corpo one. Let alone their prices are sometimes surprisingly good. Only if I've just discovered them sooner! Dont hesitate, buy anything from them with ease on your mind.
