You could not get you hands on a doctor so quickly!
Last week, my disabled elderly sister contacted me to say that her gas-heated boiler had malfunctioned. I contacted the operator at'The Heating Plan' and within four hours had a local engineer go to her house and effect emergency repairs. He returned the next working day and completed the full service with parts replacement. Two days later, my sister had a further query and the local engineer called again to sort it out. I have worked as a GP in the NHS all my life but I have never experienced such a high level of service responsiveness. I would find it difficult to get a doctor in an emergency as quickly as THP! Excellent service provision. My sister is reassured and I am reassured too. THP is a policy well worth taking out.

Once again Steven and Andy have come to our rescue. I am so pleased with the customer service side of the Heating Plan I felt it necessary to write this review. I had a few problems with one of the engineers but the team responded immediately and another engineer continued with the excellent service. Joining Heating Plan was one of my better decisions.
