The Healthy Holiday Company were superb from start to finish. They were proactive, energetic, nothing was too much. Also knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend.

Things that made our trip exceptional and why we would return to Mustique...
Food was excellent and heathy.
Service was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, prompt and exceeded our expectations.
The classes and instructors were excellent.
The gym and cotton house fantastic.
Massage was fabulous.
The excursions were lovely, especially the sunset boat cruise.
Villa was beautiful and exceeded our expectations.
Visit's to other Villas was a brilliant idea. We enjoyed that very much.
Own transportation was very much needed and appreciated.
The beach parties were my favorite especially the evening party with dj and fire. The goodbye waves at the airport during takeoff was the icing on the cake for this retreat. That type of love on the Island will keep me coming back again and again. Thank you so much!
Constructive feedback to make our next vacation at Mustique more enjoyable...
Re Activities: to close together and not at the right times of day. Suggestions (fitness classes in the mornings/evening yoga option too, talks before lunch, open afternoons or "suggest to guests" local Island activities. Healthy not so Healthy and more Happy which is great for drinking people. My experience on a daily basis was that this retreat was a drinking social retreat. Perhaps a focus on Healthy only retreat done separately would be exceptional for those that are looking for that like myself. I am a non drinker and was looking specifically for an event that was focused around healthy and happy. A heavily weighted drinking day does not describe either of the words defining this retreat.
Social Dynamics of the sexes- The heavily outnumbered women at the event made the couples I spoke with uncomfortable. e.g. Day one evening- My husband was the only man sitting at our table. I like to flip scenarios to have a broad and more enlightened understanding...please envision this perspective (me at the table with 20 men). I would have been very uncomfortable and to be honest might have left the table. Felt like we were on the Bachorlette show the first night. Perhaps a couple's retreat would be the answer to this? Although the meals were fantastic, they were greatly spaced apart. Some evenings it we waited 8 to 9 hours apart from lunch to supper. Meals 4 to 5 hours apart would be ideal. Main problem was Guests arriving late and serving staff waiting for everyone to arrive. Food should be served to those that arrive on time as this is a group event.

Team at Kathryn and Esther supported me throughout the booking process and also whilst I was in Thailand for a month.

I have just had the most incredible week at the Absolute Sanctuary in Koh Samui. I couldn’t have been more pampered and everything was exceptional. The staff were so attentive. The food was delicious. The standard of the classes was fantastic and the treatments… Well it was heaven!

Esther, from the Healthy Holiday Company has also been just brilliant. She advised me having listened to what I was looking for and was patient, understanding and gave me the best suggestions. She organised the itinerary making the whole trip stress free and had been amazing as she got it completely right. She has also given me support looking into ideas and options for the next part of my trip- she has gone above and beyond.

I am so grateful for the past week and for all the help Esther gave me in choosing the right place. It’s been a dream!

Back in October, feeling very tired and overwhelmed, I reached out to The Healthy Holiday Company to help me book a vacation. From the very beginning, I received exceptionally friendly, quick, and professional service.

After making the reservation, I needed to make a few changes because my friend decided to join me for a week. Esther from the company was incredibly helpful, assisting me swiftly and efficiently. She even went above and beyond by organizing all the transfers, including one to meet my friend at the airport, completely free of charge.

Planing my getaway with The healthy holday company was a smooth process, from getting all options of what i was looking for, getting good recommendations and suggestions etc. Especially Esther made all communications with hotel so smooth, everything went well. The team at the healthy holiday company were really helpful in crafting our tennis holiday for a variety of ages, abilities and budgets. We renamed them the happy holiday company.

A complete holiday service including accommodation, flights, transfers, sports activities and restaurant bookings. Dealing with a real person who was kind, thoughtful, and pleasant. Takes all of the stress out of organising a holiday for a group of people.

I liaised mainly with Esther Cook on our recent tennis holiday to La Manga. Esther was faultless in her administration of our trip. She organised the check in and sent out the boarding passes. She arranged the hotel rooms, meals and restaurant bookings both within and outside the resort. I would thoroughly recommend this company and Esther in particular. Fantastic result.
