Really wish I had checked here before ordering. Received a confirmation that my order would ship within 48 hours. A week later and the shipment is still showing “label created” and two responses 48 hours apart from the same moron stating shipping would update within 24 hours.

Ordered hats 5/8/24 at the recommendation of their customer service person, didn't get a name. He told me I should try a newly released hat as I was looking to figure out what I wanted before I ordered bulk. After waiting a week and still no hats or communication of any sort, I called. I was told that the hat he talked me into trying was on backorder and they were still holding the rest of my order. I said ok how bout we ship the rest and I need it by Friday. He said ok we will ship it UPS it "should go out today" and you "should receive it Friday". At this I was a little irritated to say the least because last person I spoke to said I "should have it by last Friday" at the very latest Monday MAYBE Tuesday. I told him there shouldn't be any "should be" and that he needed to make sure I got it by Friday. To me this is very reasonable considering I'm already a week out. At this point I could tell he got upset and said I tell you what why don't I just refund your money and cancel your order, we ship 1000's of hats everyday and we can't help we missed your order. Obviously will never order from this company ever again!!!!!!

Perfectly fitted & designed hat. Purchased hats for my company and making the order was a breeze. Everything was on time and great quality. Would definitely recommend.

Very easy to work with on custom orders! They can work with you to alter logos and get them exactly how you'd like them to look!

I was very pleased with HatPros and with Linda in the art department. She got my order out very promptly and the hats were shipped out on time as promised. The great thing is there are no disappointments when the hats arrive as they actually embroider the logo on some sample hats for proof before they print the order. Will be using them again for my next order.

We were looking for a quick and easy way to market our company at an upcoming event and decided to use hats with our logo. Buying from the Hat Pros was the best decision we made. They had so many different types available and the prices were very reasonable. We aren't a big company and just needed a couple of dozen to fulfill our marketing needs. We were able to order the needed hats at a reasonable price without ordering hundreds of extras to get a price break. I would definitely recommend the Hat Pros, great quality, prices, and customer service.

Very disappointed in the quality of the hats and beanies for the price paid. The colors of the embroidery are fading away after the first wash. I placed 2 orders and despite given them feedback about the poor quality of the 1st order, the 2th order had the same issues. I'll take my business somewhere else next time.

Very detail oriented, outstanding customer service throughout the custum order process. My clients were very impressed by the quality of the final product. Pricing was excellent. Will certainly use their services again and recommend The Hat Pros to others.

I love the Hat Pros hats,cause they fit right and are comfortable.I live in New Zealand and this is my 3rd order from them.Never had a problem with ordering and receiving.Everything just falls into place from the time I order the hats to the time I receive them.The only gripe I have is they do fade,maybe they could look into a stronger type of color/dye or something,plus I do take the big size XL-XXL and there color options are very limited for this size,but apart from that I will always buy my hats from Hat Pros cause I'm a baldy and us baldy's need our well made hats.
