I joined the Happy Vibe almost 4 years ago to improve my fitness, strength & hopefully lose some weight. I do Pilates twice a week but there is a full & varied programme to suit all ages & abilities. Trish is fun, always happy & cheerful. She encourages everyone to achieve their best. So come on & give it go you won’t be sorry 😃
