Overall buying my items was very easy.

Overall buying my items was very easy. I needed to return a few things which required the assistance of an online rep. Their online return process is a little complicated for non techy people like myself. However their online rep was able to take care of the return for me quickly and efficiently.

Long delay that I had no idea about

I ordered 3 pairs of trousers in the UK, only to discover a few days later that delivery would not be for a few weeks, as they were waiting for 1 pair - I had no idea, nothing was made clear at the time of ordering. I needed them urgently - have just asked for cancellation and a refund and I have my fingers crossed that they will act quickly - so disappointed.

It took almost 6 weeks to get my items…

It took almost 6 weeks to get my items in and I feel like when you order before you pay you should be told how long it’s going to be especially if it’s gonna be an extended period of time. I do really like my items, but I’m not sure if I’ll order again.

not worth it buy

I bought three pairs of these shorts. I was very disappointed and felt like I was wearing maternity shorts, and the inline shorts rode up on me. I probably will be donating these because I’m not going to wear them again.
