Very efficient

I thought I ordered a box of make-up.
But that went totally wrong.
But after an email to customerservice it was corrected. So my account was terminated and everything was taken care of properly.

The response on my membership cancellation and payment refund is very fast. Not even an hour has passed and the escalation team where my case was assigned give me a positive feedback. Thank you

They are FRAUDS!!! I’m warning everyone who happens to CHANCE ON THEIR WEBSITE, THEY BAIT YOU WITH FREE GIFT, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TRY TO COERCE YOU INTO GIVING FIVE STAR REVIEW, STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND SAVE YOUR CASH…. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES…!!!!!!

Good service answer quick

I received an excellent response from Kenny regarding my request to cancel my subscription.
By mistake, I clicked on a wrong site to claim a freebee from a South Africa company and not realizing it, I actually subscribed to the Thehairva website.
After I requested for the cancelation thereof, explaining what happened, Kenny immediately replied and assisted me from there.
Without any trouble the cancelation was excepted. I am very grateful.
