The coach who helped change my life
I started my work with Sanj in December’20. We started with an awareness task to look at my current routines and habits. What an eye opener this was! Wow I spent so much time on social media. It was actually a habit for me to open my Instagram directly after any interaction with my iPhone. I just wasn’t something I wasn’t that aware of before doing this task. After working through the routines that were currently in place in my life, we worked on breaking down the structure of setting in new habits. These worked on a flow which would then stack together to make a better routine. I saw a change in my confidence as through our work together I could see change in my routines. It was fantastic to have Sanj there to be my accountability partner through this process. I always felt with him that I could be myself and I could have the confidence to be open with him, even when I was struggling (which did happen when we went into lockdown again this January). As our work moved on from habits, once standardised, he then introduced some NLP exercises which pushed me to see myself in the 3rd person and feel the energy I was feeling. The colour blue now resinates within me, which is the energy I feel when I’m my best. It’s something I wouldn’t have found if I didn’t work with Sanj. My habits continue to help which are tracked on a habit tracker on my wall. I’d really recommend working with Sanj, I look at our work together as life changing.
