I have tried to win a telecaster for a couple of years.
This Tele Plus is great, many thanks!!
Genuine Site
I've been playing these sites for a while and I was genuinely about to give up. Then I won a Taylor 422ce KOA on the 7th of April.
My word, I have faith again. They sent it via Royal Mail, I wasn't around for the next week so I delayed delivery until the wife was home but I must admit they sent it quickly!
I don't write reviews often, it's a genuine site and it takes takes time. I bought 10 tickets in a 999 draw.
Good luck and it's recommended!
To many issues to list.
Amongst a tonne more problems that I don’t have enough characters to write I’m still waiting for prizes won in Feb to be sent to me. Jacob is beyond useless, doesn’t reply and if he does it’s 2 weeks later, always refers it to someone else who then also never replies. Will he filing fraud charges with my card provider, I’ve given you ample amount of time to respond to me and you simply cannot do it. Whilst I don’t doubt they are legit (as I have some prizes in hand) it’s also clear that they don’t have the guitars their end and source them after a winner is picked meaning if they cannot source it they ignore you or offer a cash price that’s almost 60% of the guitar worths. Avoid.

Easy to take part.
Not guaranteed to win but "if you don't chuck your hook in the water, you won't catch no fish !" 😀👍
Automatic draws not trusted
Ive bought tickets a few times, and never won anything, but that's not a massive surprise. last comp I entered was apparently an automatic draw, and wasn't in the live draw. I didnt notice that when i bought them, but tbf that's my fault.
The problem is that when I look at the results I can only see the winner, and I can't see the list of tickets like you can on the facebook draw video, so I don't know if my tickets were in the competition.
When I see reviews on here about tickets being in your account and not in the draw, I don't know if I can trust the automatic draws. As well, its true what they say about the way they flick through the entry list so fast in the video. It puts me off entering competitions.
They made my day a few times already!
They made my day a few times already, fun to play, amazing instruments to win, especially "inaccessible" top gear...
Love these guys
£350 guitar for less than a quid cant complain
Communication was a bit unclear initially I beleived i was going to receive my prize within 3 to 7 days as thats what was stated in the email.
But i understand some of the guitars are probably shipped from over seas which does take time. Other than this I am very happy with my experience overall.
Great prizes and support
After some initial hiccups with communication via email (a little slow to respond to some queries) and a delay with an instant win prize that was due to a third party sending a damaged guitar, the guys at TGM sorted out the issue and sent over a new guitar in the mail today. They also sorted out an issue with instant win tickets that didn’t get added to a draw in time. I’ve also won a great Taylor acoustic that came in excellent condition and is now my favourite acoustic to play. Thanks TGM.
tickets arent there
Had tickets, won in a competition, fo r a 1979 Les paul... Watched the live video, after that other review about missing tickets... Can't see my tickets in the video... Emailed them, but havent replied...not very happy about this

Won a es355 Gibson Monday night delivered Wednesday afternoon can't get better than that
Systemic failures. Had a winning ticket, but no prize.
I've been a customer for two or three years, and won an awful lot of fantastic guitars. Most of the time, they've arrived promptly, and as expected. It's legit, and it works. You can win guitars, and they will usually arrive without difficulty. Don't be concerned that it's a scam.
I don't think I'll be buying any more tickets though. I just don't have any trust in them now.
In December and January I won quite a few tickets in the boost your odds competition, where you win batches of tickets. Didn't win any prizes. Then I happened to watch one of the draws. By chance I had my ticket numbers open as I watched, and realised they weren't in the draw list. I probably wouldn't have noticed but for that competition I had a lot of tickets that should have appeared on the first page of the list, which is displayed for longer in the video. Reported it to TGM, and they looked into it. they gave me site credit to replace the tickets.
Then I watched back a few other draws I'd won tickets for and checked. I think it was 12 separate competitions over two and a half weeks where tickets were won, credited to and showing in my account, but not in the draw list.
To discover this you have to watch the draw video, pausing to check if your tickets are there. It's not always easy, as they do flick through the list quite fast.
It turns out I'd had in my account the first winning ticket drawn for a 1979 Les Paul Custom, but it wasn't in their list.
Their response was to say that it was a problem that went on for less than a week (not true), which they were aware of and were contacting people affected. That it was a problem with their website, but that wasn't their fault.
They said that the malfunction had caused the tickets to be automatically voided. It's alarming to know that they either didn't know this had happened, or they didn't tell the customers affected. Either of those is disturbing. 6 days after I reported it, they didn't admit to the other 11 missing batches of tickets. I had to painstakingly go through the draw videos to discover the extent of their failures.
The overall approach to dealing with this complaint was to say that their website had failed, and they couldn't be held responsible for their website, referring to the terms and conditions. Site credit was given as compensation, to the value of the tickets, despite having the winning ticket for a valuable prize.
Their terms and conditions do state that they "will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind..."
It's interesting to see that they don't accept responsibility for failures at their end to put your tickets into the draw, for any reason. It seems like that should be one of their main responsibilities, that when you buy tickets, they have to make sure your tickets go into the draw.
If you can't be sure that the tickets in your account are actually in the draw, the most charitable conclusion is that their operation is so shambolic that it can't be trusted.
Saying that they were contacting anyone affected doesn't ring true, as they didn't contact me until I discovered it, and then 6 days later they still hadn't owned up to the other failures in my account.
You can draw your own conclusions as to whether they can be trusted with your money.
If you do enter, I would suggest trying to check the draw list on screen in the live draw, to check that the tickets in your account have actually been entered in the draw. They flick through the list quite quickly, so it takes a bit of effort with pausing the video to check their homework.
If your tickets are won in the boost your odds competitions, it's especially important to check, and also worth checking the draws from December to January if you'd won tickets for anything. You might find you were never actually entered.
Personally, I think you need to be able to trust them to enter your tickets. Then if their systems do fail, I don't expect to have to discover it by chance myself, then investigate all the other failures myself.
To be clear, this isn't a case where tickets were won but not added to my account. That has frequently happened, but it's easily noticed. Everything showed that the tickets were in my account, but TGM didn't put them in the draw list.
If they do have failures like this, you'd expect them to treat it as quite an exceptional thing, especially where someone should have won a valuable prize, not to brush it off as if it's a regular occurrence, with a minimum of compensation.
(Note, edited to clarify terms and conditions, at TGM's request. If they notice any other inaccuracies, I will be happy to correct them)
Have fun and Win Guitars
Been lucky enough to win a guitar and a pedal so far on TGM. The live draws are also a lot of fun, which helps soften the blow when you don't win.
What more do you need? It's fun and you could end up with a great guitar for a fraction of the price to buy one!!!
Reliable Fair, Great Site
Great selection of guitars at competitive prices. Draws on dates stated regardless of sales. Fair open honest site. I've won a few guitars. No problem go for it.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience. Won a Sonic Telecaster just before Christmas, ticket numbers were reasonable and the price was low so I bought a few. Got an email to say I had won and the guitar was delivered few days later. Next time I'm after a Les Paul 🙏
