Great customer service
I have used the grumpy Goblin several times now. Buying both Yu gi oh and pokemon products and I would highly recommend as they have great customer service and respond quite quickly to messages.
I have never played games at their shop so I cannot speak for their events but would recommend using them for retail sales.
