Having spent a fair bit of time working in the US, the service bar for UK hospitality always has a high bar to match. I played golf recently at the Grove as was absolutely blown away. The best service experience I’ve had in the UK for years. Hugely attentive but not overbearing staff, great facilities and super food. No room for improvement. The Levy brothers have this absolutely spot on. Bravo!
It is a special place with great staff members.
I have used all the facilities here over the past 8 years but the highlights have been the walled gardens, Glasshouse at Christmas and the championship golf course.

Food was either bland or too salty, served cold. Pairing wine was rubbish and decided by someone who clearly doesn't drink because they didn't go with the courses at all.
Waiters were not attentive, we asked for napkins and were completely ignored, they served pudding without any cutlery and any dish they brought to our table they had their fingers inside.
