Extremely quick and helpful response to a request for just 4 grommets for a small job on my car. Sent as FOC samples same day. Nothing in it for them but very useful for me. I'm sure they provide the same level of service to all customers, large or small.

Looking for a sample - and was given great service via on line chat, which immediately identified the part required, and sent me the link to the sample order page. Sample arrived within 24hrs - amazing service, thank you.

While I have not ordered from The Grommet Company I chatted with Chris on the online chat. He was very helpful and able to identify the best fit grommet, within seconds, based on the dimensions that I told him I needed.

We used the the grommet company today for the first time while searching for a specific sized grommet on google.There is a helpful online chat service to help select the correct grommet along with supplying detailed material specs.

We ordered a sample and are hopeful the samples will arrive this week to be checked with our design.

Useful dimension drawings are available on the website making them easy to mock up in 3D to check for size with our designs prior to prototyping.

Went on the website to find a particular solution. Chat came up immediately. Don’t usually use chat but decided to give it a go. Advisor was responsive and got what I wanted straight away. Solution is in the mail! 5 mins, job done. Thanks guys!
