Ordered an Amazon grocery on 19th January money left my bank but Amazon said my card declined! Never got my groceries that I paid for, got proof off the bank that the money went out, but Amazon say they didn’t receive it! Gave up after several phone calls to Amazon getting passed around different departments! None of which had a clue what I was talking about!
You took my order then cancelled it because you did not have the stock
