Bad experience
I ordered items on sale for which you can only get store credit, fine. But you also have to sent them back on your own costs although it is stated on their page that if you get a store credit the shipping costs will be paid by them. I tried to contact customer service but didn't get an answer back. I will not order there again.

Great experience!
Bought a few items that didn’t fit very well, when I went to return the items to the Amsterdam office the staff present helped me try out different items and I went home very happy with a beautiful dress. Highly recommend!

Ordered and paid sneakers on 25th April 2021. This is 1,5 week ago. I did not receive any message that order will be delivered soon. Customer service doesn’t answer by chat or WhatsApp. Would like a reply very soon, and otherwise my money back.

The overall service was very good
The overall service was very good: prompt replies, a small discount, quite quick delivery. The quality of the products was very satisfactory too along with the ethical part. The package was as expected (no use of harmful materials for the environment). The only point I would characterise as unsatisfactory is the fact that Greece is not included in the number of European countries with the same shipping rules (such as the neighbour Italy), but in the rest of the countries, which is a bit odd and annoying!
