My partner and I have just moved out. The team at The Gray House have been fab the whole way through our tenancy and were massively accommodating during the final month.

We were in the process of purchasing a property and with delays and moving completion dates needing to extend our tenancy, the team were very helpful letting us stay longer than originally planned.

Issues were resolved in a timely manner, and always communicated around maintenance, viewings etc.

After 7 years in rental properties, I can confidently say they are the best landlords I've had the pleasure of dealing with.

Me and my partner were given a section 21 eviction notice after living there for many many years, and Gray House were solely responsible and created this mess. We prided ourselves on being perfect tenants.
My experience of them was greedy, sneaky liars...
They mentioned the property was to be redeveloped, but after seeing the property relisted online many months later it was simply just redecorated. I would not recommend this letting agency at all.
Liars, and cheats... On top of this, the property had a mouse infestation during our stay, and the letting agency refused to do anything about it.
Awful....
